Been coming here for years and usually order in person. This is the second time I ordered online because I was in a hurry. The last time I ordered my coffee was cold
Because my coffee was made way before my pickup time, it was fine I didn’t say anything. Today we ordered and told my husband where to look for ā€œ as this location seems to have 3 different location for pickup, non with signs) after 40 minutes I went to ask and they said my coffee was by register. My coffee had been sitting there for 35 minutes. I asked the cashier why they don’t have signs, that my coffee has been sitting there for 35+ minutes and now it’s cold. She asked this guy with long hair and some gray pants and he flat just laughed and asked me ā€œ
What do I wantā€ with an arrogant tone, so I gave him the same attitude and told him, I want a hot coffee that I paid for. He then asked a guy with colored hair and he said no problem! I’m not sure who that person first person was but he needs to work on his customer service…thanks to the guy with the colored hair for being so awesome šŸ˜Ž

Mobile orders are a priority here. This is my least favorite Philz to go to because of the line wait. Philz coffee in general is good!! This location will make you wait in line if you don't have a mobile order. Not a fan of the customer service they just look overworked. Just my opinion.

I did a mobile order and the pick-up time was 7:35am. Got there and the time changed by 10 minutes three times total. One cup of coffee was taking forever and there was four people working. Asked the staff for a refund and he said ā€œi’ll make it right now.ā€ šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø Deleted my Philz app after that.

This TGTG box is really disappointing. It only came with four pastries, and three of them are exactly the same. Also, there’s no way the price of these four pastries matches the price listed on the box.

Don’t come unless you have a mobile order. You will just watch them pile up in front of you while they prioritize the new mobile orders over folks in line. Worth it if you do mobile orders as the coffee is great

One other critique is that when they charge six dollars for a 16 ounce coffee, they should at least come close to filling it up. They don’t.
