Visiting from PA, and needed good coffee. We took a chance one day on Philz and were repeat customers during our stay. Yummy coffee, relaxed atmosphere and fast service.

Don’t come unless you have a mobile order. You will just watch them pile up in front of you while they prioritize the new mobile orders over folks in line. Worth it if you do mobile orders as the coffee is great
One other critique is that when they charge six dollars for a 16 ounce coffee, they should at least come close to filling it up. They don’t.

I love Philz. I’m an iced mint mojito, sweet and creamy with oat milk. The babka is delicious and please don’t ask for espresso drinks it’s all pour over.

This location is kind of small so it’s hard to find seating, especially inside. The baristas need some work as I always have to ask them to make adjustments. That being said, they’re all very kind and patient so there’s that…I just wish I liked my drink on the first taste.
The place’s atmosphere is ok I guess but lacks excitement.

Iced mint coffee is highly recommended.

This has been one of my favorite spots to work from. I work outside a lot. I wish I could use the outdoor area more often.
This branch has upgraded their outlets to allow for more accessibility which I liked. However, there is a good chance you won't find a spot at times. They are very busy with customers and at times with their full team (like 10 ppl) meeting ?
I love being a regular in coffee shops with the perks you get sometimes from friendly baristas ?.
So far, I can't claim philz generally as an inviting place to be regular (working from). Franchises usually depend a lot on individual baristas. Philz got nice habits for customers nonetheless and this branch got some cool baristas.
Wish they have loyalty perks or rewards ?
