Nice spacious environment, staff were efficient and friendly. We ordered pho and bun bo hue, both were flavourful and the meat was fresh. However, we found some small hair that looked like eyebrows in one of our noodle soups. The sanitary level could be improved.
Food was decent. For $16 the large bowl was not that large. It's what I'd consider a medium at most other places. The soup, which is supposed to be piping hot, was only moderately hot and a bit lacking in flavor (no hint of cinnamon or anise like it's supposed to). The meat looked like old cuts. Overall it tasted alright. It was close enough and satisfied the craving well enough, but generally lacking in flavor and value.
