Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

On 9/24/25 evening hours, I was assisted by Tony the cashier. Such a great professional young man, who I observed greeting customers as they walked in. Tony was friendly, efficient and super professional but also very polite. I wish more establishments had employees like Tony!

Ordered through Door Dash. Order of eight pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes/gray and coleslaw. Received order in reasonable amount of time. The order received was one chicken sandwich with Mac/cheese. As directed on website we reached out to the person who delivered. No response. Tried calling both the delivery person and the restaurant. Texting. No response. No one will answer. Web site states that restaurant currently is not busy. Still hungry. Will choose another business to order from and dispute charge on card.

Let me start by saying, I love Popeyes! One of my favorite meals is the 3 piece spicy chicken, mash gravy and cole slaw. Which I ordered today and I recieved mild chicken, It was old chicken and it was cold. I actually spit it out and ordered pizza because I felt if I ate it I would get sick. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.... I never complain unless it is real bad, the chicken smelled old.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this store. My wife placed an online order, and I went to pick it up. Initially, I was told that chicken dippers were unavailable, but I was offered tenders as a replacement, which I appreciated. However, what left me most frustrated was the poor service, particularly from the server Tony (as he introduced himself).

He forgot to include the sauces with my order. When I went back to ask for them, he was dismissive and only handed me one, even though my order included two. Later, I also realized that my drinks were missing. When I asked about them, his response was, “You should tell me if there are no drinks.” It should not be the customer’s responsibility to remind staff about items that are already part of the order.

I also observed that the two customers ahead of me had to ask for their drinks as well, which suggests this is not an isolated mistake. Instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, Tony responded casually and without accountability. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would expect greater professionalism.

The employees are very bad and the facial expressions are not good at all, incomplete and wrong order

If you're looking for a great chicken sandwich, stop here and it's super close to the airport. That way you can avoid stupid airport prices.

Not busy at all ordered 3 strip meal, i can see all food in the trays ready to go just needs to be put in a box, took the 37 minutes..... there is 5 ppl in here, train your people they suck and need to figure it out... popeyes is good, but the staff at all of them sucks and the hiring staff needs better judgement. Not comming back. But glad your staff is laughing it up instead of working 👌

I eat here almost everyday. Great food and great service.

Popeyes is a good fast food option and this particular store is very convenient to a lot of the hotels around the airport. Popeyes chicken is excellent and has great crust although I still like the flavor of the Kentucky Fried chicken crust more. The butterfly shrimp at Popeyes are very good and the cocktail sauce that they serve with it has some kick to it. One of my favorite side dishes is here at Popeyes, the red beans and rice.
