Went to this location waited from my food worker called out 182 in English and Spanish. Realizing she was calling out the wrong order number corrected herself, then proceeded to put my order down as I wasn’t coming. Gave her my receipt she checked the order for silverware but did check if the order was completed. I proceeded to make my way home checked my order on the way home. I was charged $28 for a drink and mashed potatoes and six wings. I asked the manager for supervisors and she refused. There was no customer service and the manager should be on the line cooking not management. No people skills

the disastrous place, the smell of sewers, the unpresentable bathrooms, garbage on the tables, food under them... it seems that there is no one who attends the outside, the employees apparently are few and they do what they can, the lady at the super rude front, the men a little more empathetic.

Worst experience ever, we orders Uber eats pickup 30 minutes age and it days ready, then we come to the store they have not started preparing yet…then we waited in store for almost 50 minutes…in the meantime the serving lady is super inpatient and rude…

I usually ate the one in Redwood City but now that I live near here I went to get a spicy chicken combo the wait was around 13 minutes and I got back home and when I got out of my car all my fries fell out of the bag because of it sitting at the bottom of the bag and made all soggy and had throw all of it away. Only my chicken sandwich survived and it was ok. Really sad I didn't even get my fries

Haven't got my food yet but this place does not let you use your rewards points???? On the app it said unavailable which is crazyyyy. I tried to around and use the reward points anyways for some fries but it didn't take off the amount.

BEWARE!! THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ADHERE TO FOOD SAFETY PRACTICES. I order food on the popeyes app this past weekend and not only was my order wrong but my food was COLD. Not lukewarm, cold. When I arrived I noticed their heat lamps were off and they had several unfilled orders sitting on the counter. I was sick for two days afterwards and have filed a complaint with the San Mateo County health department.

Typical Popeyes experience, I would say this location is clean and the service is fast. Its proximity to the airport makes it a convenient spot for travelers. There is Dunkin' donuts and a Togos close by as well.

I dropped in at 6:45 pm tonight. I didn't want any drinks; so I asked for four pieces of chicken, medium spice. And a large side of red beans n' rice. About $19 dollars. The chicken was crunchy, and the meat was moist and tasty. Beans n rice was a bit salty but tasty. The cashier was polite, courteous and helped me. Matter of fact, the other fellow at the front seemed courteous too.
