The pizza was delicious. We came in late after a long day and they still made us a pizza. It was delicious and they were so kind to us. They very easily could have turned us away but they fed our family of 5 with smiles!

I ordered the pizza online for dinner. After 2 hours when I went to pick it up, I think they mentioned the pizza is over cooked a bit but I wasn't able to hear properly as the person was wearing a mask. Since it was late at night and there were a few places open, so I decided to pick it up. Worst mistake: It was burnt and couldn't be consumed, I ended up throwing the whole pizza first time in my life. Why would they offer a burnt pizza to customers, they should trash it and make a new one before anyone comes to pick it up. I'm a big supporter of local business but I also see other reviews here mentioning the same.

Worst pizza!! Burnt no sauce 2 hours late! They still asked for a tip. Not a sob story but we were here due to my husbands cancer wanting a good pizza. We asked for extra cheese and got toast with burnt pepperoni. And. Wait from 6:07 to 7:43. We usually don't complain but. This was crap. Worst experience ever for a family that wanted a good meal.

We ate here with our son who lives in the area. My husband had a craving for pizza and the menu looked good and the reviews on google were 4 stars. We got there about 7:50pm on a Saturday night and we were the only ones there. The guy who took our order was very nice. My husband tried to order beer that was listed on the menu but the guy said they didn't have any alcohol a a the moment. We ordered two pizzas, one tropical, one all meat, and one chicken scaloppini with pasta. Almost one hour later, the pizzas came and then 5 minutes later they served my chicken scaloppini. The pizzas smelled good, but where were the toppings? I wish I took pictures. We were starving at this point so we ate. My son ordered the all meat and the pizza literally had one piece of sausage per slice, a couple of pepperoni slices, and microscopic pieces of other meat. My husband's tropical pizza is supposed to have pineapple, ham, and bacon. There was a couple of pieces of pineapple on each slice, some scattered pieces of ham and where was the bacon? My husband found a few small pieces of it! These were basically cheese pizzas with a few scattered pieces of toppings! The pizza crust was good. My chicken scaloppini came with rice instead of pasta. They just brought me a small plate of pasta and later had to bring utensils and parmesan cheese. The server was nice and very attentive to our requests. The chicken dish was decent but a bit bland. It desperately needed salt. The pasta sauce was a bit watery. The bread they served with my meal was very good. Crispy on the outside and nice and warm, chewy on the inside. We also ordered clam chowder to go to take to my mom. My mom said the chowder was good tasting, but it only had some tiny chopped up clams and a couple pieces of chopped potatoes. While we were waiting to be served, several other people showed up to pick up orders and some stayed to eat. They also waited a long time for their food to arrive as well. The restaurant may be understaffed and we know that this is a problem with restaurants right now. Basically, the food is decent tasting, but they totally skimp on the pizza toppings and apparently also skimp on their clam chowder. We would not eat here again as it was pretty pricey for what we received.

We came here looking for something after a long day of sightseeing and this restaurant was near our hotel so we decided to give it a go. Came and and they were able to accommodate for 10 people and we got our orders fairly quickly. The pastas were creamy and delicious and the pizza was fresh and amazing. The bread was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside (exactly what we love). Best place we have eaten on our trip! We will most definitely come again!

We were staying at a hotel near by and omg we were so happy with the food and the service! The chicken wings were AMAZING, prob some of the best I've ever had. The pizza was great and it was made really fast, which was so appreciated since our family had arrived late from the airport! Would highly recommend!!!!

Usually just mediocre Italian food. Just had the worst Lasagna of my life here. Delivery creep was extremely rude after we previously complained of being 1 hr. late. NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience dining ever.
Holy s*** !!!! This has got to be the best place in SAN FRANCISCO IVE BEEEEEN TO. I came in for the first time and I have never met such kind men in my life, I mean they were like truly the most wholesome people I've ever met. I loved the pizza too! You can definitely tell that everything here is made with love! Even the restaurant itself is beautiful and just filled with great food great people and lots of love! Definitely recommend!!! Thank you so much for being such a great business and staff!

This place is a rock star, and so is it's staff!! I am a head coach for a collegiate track & field team. I asked them if they could handle 25+ very hungry student-athletes in April 2022, they said 'yes', and they sure did! Amazingly, they got our food out quickly too! A big plus was the food was really good!! We've gone back twice since with the same results, going back twice more this May. Thanks Pronto's for feeding us well!

I recieved a pizza that did not look anything like it was advertised. I only ate it because we were starving and waited 2 hrs for a delivery in the middle of the day and we are literally around the corner. Not happy $45 later. The pizza was cold, dry, barely any cheese, and burnt. Wings were also overcooked, dry, and cold. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, bruschetta and a large Suprema, which is the all meat. The bruschetta came on fresh garlic bread slices, I'm in love! Quaint little location, nice people.
