The staff was excellent and very nice but the food was only mediocre. I had the gnocchi with Bolognese sauce and it was extremely watery. The bread was very good, though.

Stayed at the SFO travel lodge. Had the medium veggie and a Mediterranean salad delivered. They said it would be 45 minutes, only took 35 minutes. Pizza was great , hot and delivery driver was professional. Price was great compared to any other delivery company. Will definitely order again.

Vegetarian options: Had veggie pizza and salads.

I was visiting the SF area for the weekend and felt like eating Italian that night. I Googled places near the hotel where I was staying and found three within a couple of blocks of each other. I looked into the first two and their prices were very high ($27-$30 per pasta entree-just pasta and marinara) so I decided to go cheap and try this place. Additionally, they had my favorite dish on the menu, pasta Arrabiatta. Hard to mess that up. I did notice that the description was rather odd- ham and peas in the dish. I've eaten this all over the world, including Italy, and never heard of those things in it, so I requested that they be left out. So, I ordered that and bruscetta. Hard to mess that up, too. Placed my order online and was given a 10-20 min window when it would be done. I waited 20 mins before heading out to drive the 10 mins to the restaurant. I found parking on the street outside and went in. The place is very plain and the decor ourdated. The Man working was ummm, slightly odd. Didn't really greet me, but looked at me strangely, like he was surprised to see me. The entire place was empty, so he had to be expecting someone to come for the online order, right? So, I spoke up first and said, "HI, I think I'm in the right place." I was doubting myself by this point. He asked for my name and said that my order would be ready soon. Huh? It's already been over 30 mins by now. So, I took a seat and waited for him to take multiple phone orders and then go back to cook apparently. It's a small place, with a window looking into the kitchen and I didn't see or hear anyone else. At one point, a woman hurried in and took a seat at a table and proceeded to eat a Lunchable ??‍♀️. Another 10 mins or so go by and still no food, but a man rushed in and rushed to the back and asked my name and bagged up my food and was very nice. Got back to the hotel and found my pasta with mushrooms. Why? That wasn't even on the list of ingredients. I'm not opposed to mushrooms, but this was an entirely different dish than pasta arrabiatta. The pasta eas overcooked and it was served in a rectangular container. It looked and tasted like the airplane food they serve on long flights. Very bland and unremarkable. The bruscetta wasn't much better. Dry bread, large chunks of tomatoes, dry, no flavor or spices. I truly hate to write a bad review of a small, seemingly family owned restaurant, but honestly, I hope they read this and can learn from it and do better. There's certainly potential there, but customer service needs to be improved and food needs to be more flavorful and less of a stray from original dishes- or at least what's described on the menu.

What a fantastic establishment to come across! I’m currently staying at a motel just a half mile up the street and was badly craving pizza, so I did a little research of the area and found this place! From the first bite I could tell the cheese, sauce, and dough were of good quality. The sauce is sweet but that’s how I like it! Will definitely be coming again. Keep it up!

The crust was cooked to perfection, the toppings were good but sparse, and worst of all so was the cheese. There was so little cheese on the pizza you couldn't taste it. The meal was saved by some packets of Parmesan cheese I saved during my travels.

Very unprofessional, delivery driver demanded money after I already paid ahead of time, did not get the pizza right, however, did offer to send a new pizza no charge after I waited an hour for the first one. Why would I ever wait a single minute more for a meal that was not done correctly after had the employee recite exactly what I ordered and still got it wrong. Then to argue with me through a text service back-and-forth with harassment all I wanted was a receipt of my refund plain and simple. Employee or owner made derogatory comments towards me. Harassment at best, Then to say that he was an attorney clearly you must be because you sure as hell don’t know how to make a pizza Correctly or even placing the order correctly. I would look somewhere else for a pizza as these guys are just Inept and threatening. Said that they were ready for me, What does that even mean..

Nothing fancy here. Very small eating area inside. Dont bring a large group. Food is good. Very traditional. All the basics. Great spot to grab food, on the way home.

We were unexpectedly forced to do takeout food as the restaurant at our hotel by the San Francisco airport was closed. The front desk recommended Pronto, and it turned out to be a fine choice! The pizza and a bottle of wine were promptly delivered to our room. Pizza tasted great and the wine was, surprisingly, excellent. Would do it again.

Had a great experience at this place. I ordered the chicken pesto lasagna and it came with soup. Affordable price for the food. The food was really tasty and had lot of flavor, had some extra cheese and the pesto taste was amazing. Soup was amazing with the bread too. Nice atmosphere and peaceful environment to have a dine in. Customer service was great.

Great pizza and welcoming staff. Preparation of my pickup order took them just around 10 mins.

I went on a weekday afternoon and it was empty. There were two people talking, but they didn't immediately acknowledge me and I wasn't sure if they worked there, or if the place was open. One of them eventually took my order, then told me I could sit anywhere. The wine and beer section on the menu is crossed out and when I asked about wine, they said no, which makes me think they lost their license.I got the veggie lasagna, which was brought out with no silverware or anything for a minute. The lasagne was good, and it came with a loaf of bread which was delicious. So, decent food but a weird experience.

Ordered the small pepperoni pizza. It included free delivery because I was very close and at a hotel. The pizza was hot and fresh!! It came with Red Chili pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. They even delivered to my room(always let the front desk know that it’s being delivered). It was delicious!! I’m writing down this location for future meals!!Thank you very much!!!

It's now two hours after we ordered and there's no sign of our food. According to their website, the store is now closed. Phone calls get forwarded to another number that has a full mailbox. We're in a hotel with no transportation. That's $60 down the drain. This place is a scam.

We had a little mishap with their website for ordering, and they were great, they called and we straightened out the order issue, and the pizza was delivered hot and delicious! I highly recommend them! Super pleasant to work with and the food was great!

First off for the positives the lady I spoke to on the phone to order was completely friendly had awesome customer service! (3-19-22) at 9:05pm she should get a raise or something! I ordered pizza and wings the pizza was amazing wasn’t overly greasy and had amazing flavor ! Now the bad…The wings on the other hand weren’t the best they were super burnt and had no sauce on them just a container of buffalo sauce… that was bogus! But pizza wise I would totally order them again oh and even the delivery guy was super nice he deserves a raise too super kind !
