Red Ribbon Bakeshop

I don't usually do these reviews but the service in this store is one of the best I've ever receive. I went there today and the workers are busy with some sort of delivery, but even then they were able to help me with what I need. I thought I have to wait for a while for the food to be ready, but surprisingly the food came in very fast despite them being busy. No time wasted, great customer service. I'll definitely comeback again.

Website and Google maps says open until 9pm on Wednesday. Went there and it's closed.. You can tell they've been gone, it's 8:20pm and it's all cleaned up and closed.

Whenever I go to seafood city, this is one of the spots I have to go to before leaving. The place is small and clean. People who work here always greet you right away.
My main go-to here is the sliced cakes like the yema caramel or chocolate mousse. I also like to get the butter mamon, yema caramel ensaimada, and cheesy ensaimada. I always recommend double-checking the dates on these. I saw so many complaints on the reviews about this, but I feel like it's a 2-way street. You can't assume. I personally always check the dates out of habit because not only do you want the freshest, but at the same time, you have to be practical. You can't buy and make your own variety and later realize it expires in a day or 2. It's not possible to eat a dozen in that time between 2 or 3 people.
My mom likes the empanadas from here and the palabok. So there is something for everyone.
The prices are a little expensive but it's a good thing to buy once in a while.

Convenient location and excellent customer service. Love to dine-in in this branch small but very tidy and well-organized. We love their cakes and breads. They have free sampling of their newly launched Strawberry Dream Cake and tastes so good! We also love the promo for empanadas and breads. Great deal! No wonder Red Ribbon is number 1 bakeshop in PH and here in CA❤️

This red ribbon store location is one of the best in all categories. Baked goods such as freshly made Cakes, desserts, that are deliciously & mouth watering arranged in a display glass box. Palabok noodles that is quite sumptuous. Matched by excellent service from Rebecca & LAIKA & the rest of the crew is incomparable to none. No wonder that customers like me line up for all this sweet experience. It is comparable to none & shared by all of their loyal & New customers.

I also had an experience in December of 2023 when I bought the mocca mamon from Red Ribbon. I was about to eat one piece when I got home and upon opening it, there was a mold at the bottom of the mamon. I went back the same hour and exchanged the whole pack with a new pack only to find molds too on the other pieces. So I went back and just returned the pack to them. Red Ribbon should do quality control before selling items like these. You’re going to make customers sick.
