The food tastes delicious but my one complaint is they don’t put enough of the protein in the dishes. Not enough to be satisfying or to justify the cost. We ordered basil beef for $16.95 and got very little meat especially compared to the amount of onions. Same for our fried rice. I’m sad bc I crave it and it’s good but I wish they’d do a little better.

I went here with my friend around Tuesday at noon and this place was packed! There was only one poor guy manning the entire front and he was definitely overwhelmed. This definitely echoed my experience when I went to White Elephant Thai restaurant (see my review and as this is a sister restaurant, I can't say that I'm surprised. I do feel bad for the servwe as he was waiting on tables, taking orders, and also preparing orders for delivery services too! When it comes to the food, it was definitely great that it was the sister restaurant of White Elephant because the quality, great portion sizes, and authentic flavor is all still there! We ordered the crab fried rice, pad see ew with beef, pad Thai with chicken, and another pad Thai with beef (we were planning dinner to go too hehe). The food came out pretty quick and had tons of flavor. Loved the quality and portions of the food here. As for ambiance, the restaurant is pretty small and has some cool murals on the two main walls. It was pretty packed and people were even waiting outside during this prime weekday lunchtime. As for parking, there is street parking so could be hit or miss! Overall, will definitely come back but would suggest more help for the staff in the front for better efficiency!

I spend at least three months a year in Thailand so I feel pretty knowledgable on the way things are supposed to taste. I ordered Tom kha gai soup. Som tum and sticky rice. The Som tum was pretty good but it is common everywhere and hard to mess up. While eating my sticky rice with the som tum i found a long grey hair mixed in with the sticky rice! Now that was over with and obviously did not want to touch that again! The Tom kha soup was pretty flavorless and devoid of many ingredients so it seemed more like a cup of milk than anything of substance. However the biggest red flag to me was that there were no Thai staff except in the kitchen and my gut feeling was to leave as my inner voice told me that this was made flavorless for the local population. I should have listened to my gut as over $35 for a cup of soup and a bowl of papaya and sticky rice with hair just seemed way over the top for me.

I meet my girlfriend here for lunch and it is a cosy place with super sweet staff. I ordered the mixed vegetables and was given complementary portion of rice on a side. Their curries are premixed with fish paste so not suitable for vegans. The dish was presents very quickly and it was delicious with lots of flavors, very flavorful. The owner checked on us multiple times which was greatly appreciated. CC accepted.

The basil pork belly was the best I've ever had! All of the food was excellent and our server was prompt and gracious

Wanted to try something new. This place delivered. Ambiance is a bit bright and paroling was brutal but most of the food was flavorful and left me wanting more. A little out of the way for me. The owner severed us and she was super sweet and a tentative.

Ordered 4 items to go and sadly didn't enjoy almost all of them. The service was ok, they had the items ready just a little later than it was estimated to be ready which isn't unusual. When we brought the food back to my family member's house the dishes remained reasonably hot too. The first dishes stuffed chicken wings taste wise were ok but it was just so dry. It really needed the sauce it came with to moisten it up. The sauce also was super thick and almost glue like in texture. The green curry we had taste wise was also ok but the curry itself was so watery it wasn't thick and creamy or even just creamy. The fried rice was super wet and mushy and even the pineapples in it seemed like they went through something cause they were mangled bits inside the rice. Lastly we had basil chicken and that was probably the only dish that was more enjoyable. Overall it wasn't for us sadly.

Awesome service. The waiter noticed I was feeling cold and asked me if I wanted the door to be closed. I nodded yes, and she closed it for me. A small restaurant, I found them on yelp or google. It was a little hard to find while I drove past it. But then I quickly found it after I parked my car and walked by. I ordered a bowl of veggie soup. The waiter checked in, asking if I needed chili sauce or flakes. It was a real big serving. Really yummy, filling and I loved it for the cold season.

Saap Thai is delicious! My partner and I stopped in for lunch while our running errands and were quite pleased with our choice. I got the cashew nut chicken lunch special, which comes in a great portion with a side salad, rice and fried egg. I also got a thai tea. Service was great, too! Our server was very kind and attentive. We would absolutely come back!

I’ve been craving duck curry for awhile but it’s not something offered in many Thai restaurants lately. When offered in some places, duck doesn’t always taste fresh. I was ecstatic to find this place. Now, Saap doesn’t have the best duck curry I’ve had but it definitely hits the spot. The duck was fresh and plentiful. The broth could be creamier but the spiciness and flavor were there. I’d rate it 4.5 stars. The Thai iced tea had the perfect level of sweetness. I should’ve ordered one more to go.I was surprised they were offering mango sticky rice! Some restaurants only offer it when Manila mangoes are in season during the summer! For $8.95, the dessert was plentiful! It could’ve been an entire meal if I wasn’t so hungry! ?The best, however, is the staff. The manager/server who helped me was very nice and friendly. Although I came half hour before they closed for lunch, I wasn’t rushed at all. He answered my questions, and was very accommodating. The kitchen(?) staff that were leaving as I was finishing my food were also friendly. They all said “thank you” as they passed by to exit! Not a single employee was unhappy!I highly recommend this restaurant!Parking: Street parking only on the block. Parking lots available if willing to walk 2-3 blocks.

10/10 would recommend. The Pad Thai was full of flavor. The only drawback was I couldn't choose my spice level when ordering through yelp. I'm sure if I would have called I could have chosen. One other small dislike was the tofu chunks were to big for my liking.

Everything is so flavorful. I have enjoyed many dishes from here.Vegetarian options: We ask for tofu instead of meat. They have many plates that are vegetarian or can be made vegetarian.

The Woonsen Chicken Glass Noodles are near perfect. Light, flavorful, tons of veggies, and with a light butter finish. Wow.
