Chicken noodle bowl with Thom Yum is good! But expensive for what it is...mostly noodles & chicken. The sauce is the best part and the pickled carrots bring it up a notch

Really great food truck me and my girlfriend came here on a Thursday evening trying to find something to eat and we ran into spork and stick on 3rd also known as (Spark Social SF) and the coconut chicken is really good I really do appreciate the nice service that the guy recommended us to not get the spicy chicken cause it was already kind of spicy hot! He was a really nice guy I'm kind of sad I didn't get his name cause he did hook it up with a lot of chicken and noodles and the food was really good. We went during the evening time that way it's not too packed but on the weekdays it's really packed because Chase and UCSF is right across the street. There's also soccer field and you also sit down and watch TV inside spark social SF. I would recommend this restaurant because it's really nice and very quick also very yummy Me and my girlfriend personally loved it!

Had the spicy pork belly rice bowl. Really flavorful and tender pork. Salad and pickled veggies was a good balance.

Good flavor. Beef was a little on the tough side.

One of the best food trucks around! The best thing here is the Thai tom yum noodle bowl, specifically the vegetarian one that comes with amazing braised eggplant. Thank you Spork and Stix!

I was drinking at a brewery which has a rotating cast of food trucks for dinner, and Spork and Stix was the option du jour. Their listed hours were 4 pm - 9 pm; when I ordered at 8 pm, they were out of my first choice, shrimp. I instead opted for coconut chicken and rice. The chicken was very tough, far too chewy, and severely overcooked. At least the accoutrements and rice were okay. The meat in my friend's order, bulgogi with noodles, was better, but the noodles were insipid.

Get the 9 hour pork belly as your protein, it's SO GOOD. Seriously, I'm still thinking about it right now. The Tom-Yum noodles I could have skipped, it was just too darn sour for me and l like sour stuff. I think next time I'll get the pork belly over rice or something more basic in flavors so I can enjoy protein more. Mmmm!

Worst Korean I've ever had. It's terrible even for a truck. Bulgogi is thick like a steak.

I got food from this spot at the last Off the Grid SF Thursday night Presidio Twilight even of the year (Sept 2019). I was craving noodles so decided to get the green curry vegetarian noodle bowl. The noodles along with the accompanying veggies were tasty. I found the curry to be spicy which I was pleasantly suprised by for what I assume to be a generic sauce used on multiple patrons dishes. The only thing I would say is there seemed to be too much curry sauce for the noodles but I imagine it would pair better with the rice so that may have been more of my bad (I was craving noodles!). Overall the portion size was good, I finished the whole thing but probably could have had leftovers if I was pacing myself. The ambiance of Presidio Twilight made this meal even better too.

Saw them with Off the Grind at San Mateo on Thursday. Tom Yum noodles with 9-hour pork belly (4/5): The noodles had a good texture and wasn't too firm. The pork belly wasn't melt-in-your-mouth status but it was soft with a chew, and tasted sweet to me. The only downside is that there was way too much tom yum sauce, so my noodles were way too saucy and the last couple bites were very salty. Maybe putting the sauce on the side would help with this. Overall, I'd definitely try other items again if I see their truck.

Went to the first Friday food truck night in Oakland and I had the coconut chicken Tom yum noddle dish. It was AMAZING! So delicious and full of fresh flavors. Cannot wait to get this dish again.

I tried the bulgogi beef noodle bowl. Before I realized I got food poisoning from it, I thought it was "ok-ish". The noodles are cold and the Korean sauce is mild and not interesting. The other toppings (cucumbers, lettuce, something else maybe?) were minimal and soggy. Unclear how they can label dry beef "bulgogi" - no flavor and only 3 strips of cold, flavorless beef. I'd rather have a microwaved freezer meal from a grocery store - this bowl didn't taste fresh (and unfortunately, wasn't, given food poisoning), and was cold, flavorless, and way overpriced.

The truck was parked at the new Salesforce Transit center, among many trucks. I ordered the noodle bowl with spicy green curry and coconut chicken. The food was filling, tasty, and spicy but not ridiculous, little heavy on the bamboo shoots (gave aftertaste). I would eat here again. Good value for the money.

If you enjoy overly-sauced cold noodles with a few slightly warm bites, this place has what you're looking for. The vegetables in the vegetarian noodle bowl were meh, so after I ate the decent pickled stuff from the top, the rest was basically inedible for me. I appreciated the heads up about the green curry having fish sauce. Thanks guy at the window! Wish I'd passed and gone to another truck

Spork and Stix offers a nice mix of Korean and Thai-inspired options, whether rice boxes with various meats, noodle bowls that are customizable by sauce and protein, or sliders with an Asian twist. I tried their Korean ribeye bulgogi rice box recently at Spark Social SF. It was quite tasty, so much so that I soaked up the leftover sauce with the rice. While it wasn't exactly cheap at $12, it was the portion size that I was looking for: big enough given that I was hungry, having held off dinner a bit later than usual for me, but not too big so that I'd feel guilty about eating at a relatively late hour. Service was friendly, and orders were fulfilled at a moderate pace in the order in which they were placed. A decent choice, especially if other options at a food truck gathering are mobbed and this one is less crowded.
