I’ve always wanted to come to a Starbird and today’s finally the chance to visit.

🍔Food: I got their new Indian Hotbird chicken sandwich. I can give it a 9/10. The sauces balance each other out w/o having 1 dominating the rest in terms of flavors. Spiciness level is about 6/10 on a general scale. The raita in it (yogurt-based sauce) and the cucumber let the fried chicken taste without too overpowering. The bun is also pretty good. The only downside is that the chicken is not fresh-out-of-fryer temperature and not as ‘authentic’ or moist as a Popeye’s, but the overall dining experience far outweighs the competitors.

🌽Elote corn side: highly recommend. Again very fresh & balances out the grease from the fried chicken.

Environment: Waayyy better than those regular fast food chains. Very bright & uplifting with ample lighting and light music.

🅿️Parking: parking can bit a bit tricky. Basically you need to stick close to the apartment building and drive into the parking lot whenever possible to avoid going over.

Would definitely come again whenever I have a chance to try out their salad/fries and more!

They use a gluten free batter on the chicken which is awesome. Tasty tenders I can enjoy without compromise or discomfort

Reliable and delicious- crispy and moist fried chicken served with a smile. We like the classic chicken sandwich, tenders/nuggets, and salads. Fries and house made sparkling water are always a good bet!

Went with friends to pickup some dinner. The itemized slip had all the items crossed out as if all items were there. The manager was the one who handed us the order… but when we got home, we realized a salad was missing and had to drive all the way back. As compensation, the manger offered us a single cookie 😑 That wasn’t enough so they also offered a drink… told them that wasn’t enough and asked for an order of chicken tenders and they said they did not want to fry anymore. Ended up leaving with 3 cookies and disappointment. Overall bad experience and will not be back

Incompetent employees. Ordered 3 salads and 1 order of chicken tenders. When I arrived for pick up I asked if everything was in the bag (it was one bag for all my food) the employee handed me the bag after checking and said it was all there. When I go to deliver the food, I’m missing an entire salad. I call and explain my problem to the staff and drove back to pick up. When I asked for some kind of reimbursement since I had to make 2 trips. The staff offered me a SINGLE cookie. I asked if I could get another order of chicken tenders and they told me they’re closing and would have to turn the fryer on again to make it. There was a whole tray of chicken on their hot tray. They offered me a cookie again and I asked for 3 instead. The employee calls out the manager to see if that’s okay. Turns out the manager was the person who checked my order and handed it to me in the first place.
Don’t bother coming here, customer service is awful and even their support page is useless.

Got two Catering size Salads for my contribution to helping feed 20 hungry boys.

Don’t Judge me lol I just had carpal tunnel surgery two weeks ago! Anyway, after not finding the bagged salad that I thought the boys would like at Costco I decided to go for this. I ordered a little bit last minute at 2:45 and put in the notes that I would like to pick it up early at 4 o’clock if possible. Then I tried to call the restaurant and was unable to get through at that time. Restaurants are busy it happens so I tried to email the catering lead and to my surprise he emailed me back right away! I know my request was crazy and totally off base but I still figured it couldn’t hurt to ask to have it ready 45 minutes early. He assured me that he was going to reach out to the store manager and see what he could do. On my way there. It’s maybe 3 miles from my home, I was going to stop at the gas station… But I didn’t even make it there because I ran out of gas. What a day!! I still made it to the restaurant on time and my salad was ready at 4 o’clock. They really came through for this stressed out Post - Surgery ( Post Menopausal Crazy ) Momma!!

Although not a fan of their fried chicken, absolutely LOVE their roast chicken option for their salads. It really is of excellent quality. So, that, plus the high creativity of their salads gives Chick-fil-A a run for its money for those who prefer roast chicken instead of fried in their salads. Salads are truly fantastic, folks! I'm sorry to say, tho, again, not a fan of their fried chicken, which I find a tad too heavy and greasy. For that, I do prefer their previously named competitor.
