I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon arriving, I was told not to place an online order because they had no bread available—an unusual situation for a sandwich shop. The staff member seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, barely listening to our requests, which gave the impression that they weren’t interested in serving customers.
We’re vegetarians and have regularly ordered Veggie Delights at various Subway locations. This time, we noticed the toppings were quite sparse—only about 4-5 tomato slices in a footlong, whereas most other Subways usually offer 7–8. On top of that, they were out of black olives, which are a basic part of the veggie selection.
The overall experience lacked the friendliness and quality we’ve come to expect from Subway. Hoping this was just an off day, but it definitely left us disappointed.

Do yourself the favor and don’t waste your time or money coming here. I only come here cause I live in the area but now I rather DoorDash and pay extra fees ordering from another location than wasting my money here from a store who actually makes the sandwiches correctly and provides customer service. The guy who’s always working here, I believe his name is Mohammed is very rude and has ZERO customer service skills. If you’ve been here, you know exactly what I’m talking about. This store also charges extra for every single thing, like napkins. I could understand charging for additional toppings and things of that sort but charging for napkins is comical after spending $50+ on your order.

The worst even customer service. The Guy name Mohammad doesn’t know if the promotion barcodes are applicable or not, we tried to apply that and it doesn’t work and then when we tried to use the Gift card it doesn’t work and then we tried to place order online we get to know the restaurant isn’t participating in those kinda promotions and only accept one gift card. The bad thing is at the end the guy Blamed us saying that we wasted his time and didn’t let us buy the chips instead apologizing for not having proper knowledge on checking out.

This must be the most disgusting Subway that I have ever been to. Their female employee was so rude. Not only she was tight with veggies, but also wanted to charge me 10 Cents to bag my Sandwich! Overall, it was a humiliating and disgusting experience. Shame on Subway Corporate folks who allow their Franchises to be run in such manner! There's nothing special about Subway. This Enterprise is just dead.

This place also does not accept coupons. The whole reason I went to a subway today was because I received a coupon in the mail. I hate this place.

If I could give the service the worst rating in the beasties I would so me and my wife come in to do dinner and have some good food but it was far from that first off the employee that was making the food today at 6pm has no customer skills what so ever and looks like he hated his job secondly treat us with respect like we treated you instead he gave us attitude the whole time first my wife then me I'm normally a calm person but this guy struck a nerve and I yelled at him he deserved it and I've been to many subway never once been charged double for mayonnaise everyone I've went to said it complimentary either you should Train him how to treat people qith respect or get new workers I say do the later of the two he is not trainable then when I pay he puts the receipt in my face and says see see I didn't charge you. Remember I'm the customer we are the reason you have a job you need to treat us with respect know if I give you attitude then hey I deserve it but we were very nice to this guy all the way up to the end and all he did was treat us like we were bothering him while he was on a call.

Today, September 21, I arrived at this place at 5:30 pm and a boy did not want to serve me in a very bad way. He called his colleague and told him to take care of her, if he doesn't like the job he does there...
Fortunately, the other, smaller boy treated me very well, it's a shame I didn't know his name.
