The Parma is by far the best of the Italian deli sandwiches here at Tienes Deli.

50-50, but the food area looks okay. Very old school decor. Lots of historic photos and memorabilia.

I heard some good things about this place so I decided to give them a try
Tried a few times to order through Uber eats. My order kept getting canceled. I spent over an 30 minutes trying to find help through the app. Got a hold of Uber Eats By chat only. They won’t call you no matter what the issue. They told me that Tiani’s keeps canceling the order. I tried to pre-order for the Next day as a gift for someone and it got canceled again. We contacted Tiani’s and they are saying that Uber canceled it, but they were unwilling to make the order and had to wait for the owner.
Not worth my time.

Start to swear up in this town South San Francisco to come back and find out. These are the original owners of Little Luca bring so brings back so many memories of great sandwiches

Was excited to try this place but was pretty disappointed.
Our sandwich was totally burnt and borderline inedible.
Also, I like the retro decor, but the entire restaurant is in desperate need of a deep cleaning.

There’s a reason why little Lucas next door has a line down the block and this place doesn’t. Better quality control and cleaning up the restaurant could make this easily a 4 or 5 star spot, but in its current state it leaves a lot to be desired.

Loved it! Identical to little Lucas not 100’ away but no lines and delicious HUGE sandwiches! Will be going here from now on instead! Everyone working was very friendly!

Love a Teani's sandwich. Personal favorite is the Yolanda. The Dario,Berto and Tarino are always good. Service is fast and great to always see the nostalgic items throughout the deli.

Really loved all the little antiques decorating the walls of this old school deli shop. It was such a pleasure to meet Harold the original owner of Little Lucca who was sitting at a table conversing with locals. The sandwiches taste amazing!!!

Quality is similar to Little Lucca's a few doors down, although they don't prep the meats in advance (a plus or a minus depending on who you ask). Price also comparable. Overall, the place has a more mom-and-pop feel. I'd go to both places interchangeably.

Heard about Teani’s and decided to try it. Less of a line than at Little Lucca’s BUT they only had 2 people doing sandwiches and one of them doubled as a cashier so line wasn’t moving much. The decor is kitschy and cool but there’s way too much and made me think no way they can keep all that stuff clean. I wanted the meatball sandwich BUT they didn’t have meatballs. Changed to pastrami BUT their oven wasn’t working so it wouldn’t be hot. I walked out. If you can’t have what they advertise, why bother. Walked over to Little Lucca’s and they didn’t disappoint.

Originally I was going to go to little Lucas But they messed up on my mom sandwich. Homie of mine was like “vato, go to teani’s, and they do the works how you wanted” old school, sammich of sammich that bring back my childhood. Shoutout to the sandwich makers. 🙌🏽 worth every buck and taste buds
