The servers /bar are attentive.

The food was terrible. The vegetarian burger tasted like meat and looked like meat was slimy. Not sure it was vegetarian! We sent the food back everything was greasy. The regular burger was dry the bun and cheese was greasy. Not sure what happened here!
Better quality ingredients suggested!?

If you don't want to leave the hotel for dinner, consider ordering in. Service was incredibly slow and inattentive. The food was mediocre. Even the iced tea has no flavor. Everything is done without any kind of effort. The prices don't reflect this, though, it's priced as a much higher-end place than it is.

Good drinks, friendly service and solid food. Great for a quick dinner out if you are staying at the Double Tree SSF.

Absolutely the best team luncheon experience! The Garden Room was the ideal size for our group, and the décor and ambiance were pristine and inviting. The food was exceptional, both in quality and quantity, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. Working with Charliann was truly the highlight—her professionalism and ability to anticipate our needs made the event seamless and stress-free. I’m already looking forward to planning our next event here!

Booked this restaurant based on their menu. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not busy at all, plenty of open seating at the bar and tables. The hostess and waitress were very nice and pleasant. We were turned off with the unavailable items on their menu. We came in for the Queso Maya and the Chocolate Flan and they did not have either item. We were very disappointed as we made a trip just for those items. We ended up ordering a well drink, street tacos and the Gobi. The well drink was not good, very weak. The tacos for ok at best. One taco was not filled properly and for the price, it was not worth it.

The Landing: A Predictable Pitstop

As a self-proclaimed foodie with a discerning palate, The Landing near SFO offered a familiar, if slightly uninspired, experience. While service was undeniably charming – thanks to Ann, a waitress whose smile could melt airport stress – the food itself left me wanting a bit more.

My choice, the "farmers scramble," arrived on a pre-warmed plate, a positive touch. However, the scrambled egg whites themselves were a rather standard execution. The expected medley of vegetables – bell peppers, potatoes, and anions (presumably onions) – lacked the vibrant punch one might expect from fresh, local produce. The sourdough toast, a welcome inclusion, was saved by the real, softened butter – a small detail, but often overlooked.

Overall, The Landing is a perfectly acceptable option for a quick and convenient meal near SFO. Ann's service is a bright spot, and the use of real butter a pleasant surprise. But for the discerning foodie, the lack of culinary innovation and potentially pre-prepared ingredients might leave you wanting a more exciting, locally-sourced experience.

My flight was canceled so I was given a hotel & meal voucher for this hotel & restaurant, I was famished from being at the airport all day so I ordered a Beyond Burger & it definitely hit the spot, that thing was beyond delicious ? & the waitress was really cool, I can't remember her name, it begins with an A & she speaks Spanish but nevertheless I enjoyed my meal & the atmosphere here.
