Today was the 2nd time this month that my order was wrong. There was only myself and 1 other car in the drive through. Not busy. I asked for NO cheese and I got cheese. The fries looked like they were fried twice and a lot of pieces and ends. I don't think I'll be back.

I just gave Wendy's another chance... FAILED
There was 2 cars in front of me waiting to order. We waited 15-20 minutes for the first car to place an order. Finally I placed my order. When I got home it was the wrong order...again!
I am not coming back.!

Standard Wendy's, but they left me in the drive through order area for over 20 minutes before I finally gave up and figured they were closed. When I got to the window they were all just sitting around.

BURGER had mustard, was cold &was supposed to have extra onion, got nada.

Taco salad didn't have the same ingredients as it says on the menu.. no chili in the Taco salad.. the chili is the base of the meal.. then I was charged full price. Drive-in

They literally served me a cold burger and cold chili. Only reason I had them remake it instead of getting my money back was because I ordered via their app. To serve cold food is despicable. Terrible!!!! Stay away from this Wendy's service is terrible there is another Wendy's on El Camino Real in San Bruno better service stay away from this on Gateway they will get you sick

Right now is the time to go! They have their one dollar breakfast biscuit sandwiches that are amazing. Skip the traditional and go right for the honey buddy. A great combo of sweet and savory, and a delicious chicken patty. Their biscuit is quite good as well.

This location had some super friendly staff and service was quick. Keep in mind that it is only a takeout location. It is directly attached to the gas station.

Also of note, you can only order two of the breakfast sandwiches for the one dollar price. But it’s definitely worth it.

I had a bad experience when I arrived and ordered fry with takys flavored,because at that moment there were none. This week is the second time I've tried to make the purchase and the excuse is always the same.no powder(takis flavor)i hope on the future management team put attention on that.

If I could give it a zero I would. Reporting to the Food and Health administration as we speak. We were over charged food that tasted like chemicals and dirty water. Really sad experience no one ate and had to waste money.
