The food didn’t taste fresh out of vending machine. The noodle was not evenly cooked so part of it remained hard/brittle. The meat looked rancid, part of it turned black. I smelled it and decided it was still edible and ate it. The meat was definitely borderline expired. Fortunately I did not get sick. The overall taste was that it was tasteless; it was slightly salty but not umami or savory. The temperature was lukewarm despite that I waited about 3 minutes for it. Definitely will not eat again; it was not cheap, not fresh, and didn’t taste good. The idea that the vending machine would deliver consistent experience appeared to be broken here. Because this required fresh ingredients and they didn’t keep the ingredients fresh. Hope they work on it.
Just had a yokai ramen bowl in MSP airport, the problem isn't it's too hot, in fact it's not hot enough. the ingredients are frozen and they remained frozen after the hot water is added. Whatever algorithm you've got working on these bowls needs serious readjusting.
We ate from this vending machine at MSP Airport. Loved it! So tasty. Hard to believe there wasn't someone inside cooking it fresh.
Absolutely terrible.

I bought ramen at ontario airport kiosk and there were no utensils or napkins. I called customer support number provided and was on hold for 15 minutes before having to leave voicemail. Frustrated
So this really is noodle soup vending machine! You push a few buttons and your piping hot noodle soup comes out of a slot in the box a minute later. And you know what? The food is surprisingly decent! So, while I would probably rate the food quality 3 stars overall, I'm giving this experience an extra star purely for the novelty and entertainment value. I ordered a black garlic ramen noodle soup and it was quite good! The noodles were reasonably springy and while the broth was a bit watery, it was flavored properly. The pork slices were surprisingly decent! And at $12 per bowl, you're not going to break the bank here!
😋😋 good eating experience
