Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. They often take a very long time to make your drink, and often make mistakes on orders.

The SLOWEST Starbucks of all time. The drive thru takes at very minimum 20 minutes to get through. It’s every time too. I’ve been probably 10 times since it’s near my house thinking it won’t be terrible and then it is terrible EVERY TIME. Sometimes it takes 10 mins for every car to get its order. Which is like 30-40 minutes. I’m not kidding.

This is the first Starbucks I have ever experienced where the employees work in a dirty environment, no communication or clear structure. We placed a mobile order because we were on a rush to a baptism. By the time we got there it was not even ready. We continued to wait and after like 15min we asked where the drinks were and they said they were barely making ONE. I asked to be refunded and even the refund they did wrong, order total was $12 and they only refunded $10. Even with 6 employees, it was amazing to see how poor management can be the cause of the team members failing. Honestly I should report this to corporate because that was bizarre to watch

The worst Starbucks has seen my whole life. They make you a coffee, it Test like water.I don't know what happened to the Starbucks now. Specially, this one is the terrible coffee. This people they're making it.?

This location needs to do better. Customer service is terrible. I got the girl at the window giving me attitude because she got my order wrong. I ordered in the app. This isn't the first time this has happened. The young lady at the drive thru window needs to be sent to scrub the restrooms so she can be around the shit she gives the customers for no reason.

is it rlly that hard to add some extra crunch to a drink?? everytime i come here they always barely add any crunch to my drink...but the drinks taste fine i notice that its always too watery for me tho...they also always take sooooooo long...i think its cuz everytime i go there i always see that theres only like 2-3 ppl working but mostly just 2...if they know they are always busy why not have 4-5 ppl work lol...also, we clearly asked for a frapp but this old lady was being rude and saying "no u didnt u asked for this blahblah" like at least be nice abt it geez...then later she said soo rudely, "next time look at the screen blahblah" like we do look at the screen and our receipt clearly says what we ask for so idk what shes on abt

Do not recommend unless you have an hour extra time to wait for your drink. They staff are sometimes friendly but for the most part if you ask for anything they give major attitude. Most of my drinks don’t taste correct especially when compared to other locations. I try to avoid coming here as much as I can. I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew last week.

Angel or Angeles whatever his name is should not be in charge of mobile orders . The guy is clearly bombarded by mobile orders , his coworkers are asking if he needs help . And he is refusing the help . Literally placed an order at 8:40 am and did not get it till 9:12 am . Ontop of it his attitude needs some major help . That’s the type of ppl you keep in the back of the house not the front ;

Super convenient spot and the staff here have always been super quick with orders no matter how busy it gets. This is another location with high traffic and can get busy but the staff always come through. This Starbucks is not located inside the Target and is on the outside as you come into the outlet.

I order thru the app and sent my husband in as I always do. They said a girl named Cynthia drove thru the drive thru and asked for my order?? How ironicly. How would someone know what I ordered when I did a inside pick up not drive thru. Stupid of you to give away a mobile order thru the drive thru then get hostile and claim we were lying about a order I did. Never again!

Cashier was friendly. When I went back to counter to ask a young gentlemen for hot sauce, he ignored me. He was looking at me and looked away. So, I asked a young lady who was cleaning with her back to me. Otherwise, the food was okay.

Their service is absolutely terrible. I waited 45 minutes and still no drink. When I went to go get a refund, one of the male employees behind the counter, with many hand gestures, said " when there's many people, we're busy." Seriously? To say something like that is just asinine and rude! There was probably 15 people which I knew was busy (obviously)... but I would've thought they would've been a lot more efficient.

Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order with one drink. Only reason why it was even placed mobile was to avoid the long drive thru lane but it ended up taking 3x more the time! Avoid this location if you aren’t willing to wait almost a hour for a drink!
