Yo I come here practically every morning . I will 💯 never come gain after 8 pm. These nighttime baristas suck man . At 2 to 3 different times that I've ordered a mango strawberry refresher blended with or without base. And everytine it comes back all watery and tasting like way to much mango syrup. Y'all need step it up at nightime. Y'all act like the measurements change at night time .
The employees at this location really need a reality check when it comes to customer service and communication. While not everyone is rude, the majority of my interactions have been disappointing. Many staff members come across as if they dislike their job and don’t want to be there. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing employees by ordering a coffee. Starbucks offers accurate and quick orders through their app, even during peak hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for customers. One location, not inside Target, has high traffic but maintains efficiency. A notable employee contributed to a memorable experience for a family who ordered a large drink order as a pick-me-up after yard work. This location has some of the best employees and always makes the drinks right. Unfortunately, they seem to always run out of oat milk lately! Hopefully, they can get their ordering/stocking system right so they maintain stock of crucial ingredients. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and they make hot coffees on point. One customer ordered a strawberry acai and enjoyed the quick and efficient service. The drinks were perfect, and the barista was super friendly and full of energy. However, the lobby could increase their lobby sweeps and wiping down, as the counters are often sticky. The food and drinks are always on point.
