TL;DR: The perfect place to come if you want to leave more miserable than you came in.Terrible portion size- like just enough to feed an ant and even then I’d give the ant a 50:50 chance of survival. Person serving stared me down with a mean look…Pretty terrifying experience. I’m sure would be a fun time on Halloween though.

It feels like the portions have gotten smaller over the past couple of months. Disappointing, because they used to be generous and that was a major draw for me when choosing from the various options on campus.

I ate here for the first time in my life and it was the worst experience of my life. I said I wanted this, this and this, and one staff started to put the food in, but forgot to put in the third food I asked for. So I very politely said that I wanted that too and she started rolling her eyes and saying something rude to me in Chinese, but I don't know Chinese. Then other staff saw it and started asking what happened. I told her nothing happened, I don't know what happened. I just ordered food. Then another staff started putting it on another plate herself and this previous staff started to stop her. I couldn’t say anything because I didn’t know what was wrong and what I had done to be so rude and mean to me. Just in case people don't misunderstand me, I have nothing against Asians, I love them and I’m Asian myself. But I don't know the staff's name or anything else. The only thing I know is that she was Asian.

Fried rice tasted like burnt grease. Skimpy with the mains.

Just go if you’re hungry. They were out of a lot of basic things and the food was cold. Service didn’t bother.

I ordered half rice half chow neon, honey walnut shrimp and Beijing beef. The order I got was half rice and half chow neon with broccoli beef. The food was cold and burnt. I could not eat the food and just had to toss it. I thought Panda Express was a safe bet but not this one. The order was placed at 5 and I guess they close at 6 and thought it was okay to give a client scraps. Worst Panda Express experience .

The food at this Panda Express location is generally pretty good, although the quality can vary significantly from day to day. The food can be very wet one day and extremely dry another, although it is generally well prepared. The orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken (w/ teriyaki sauce packets) are all good options, with the orange chicken being the most consistent in both quality and taste. However, the service is lacking, and I have had numerous experiences where my pickup order isn’t right (i.e. missing food, sauce packets, and utensils on delivery and pickup). The staff is also often unfriendly with their customers, and the wait can be quite long (even for pick up orders, where the food is already prepared).Overall, the atmosphere is quite nice. The space is very clean and has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. It is usually pretty easy to find a seat indoors, although during lunch hours it may be easier to find a seat outdoors. It is also not too loud inside, even during peak hours (lunch).Overall, the food and atmosphere at this Panda Express are pretty good, although I would make sure to check my order before paying/leaving, as they have often gotten my order wrong.

Exceptionally rude service, asked for a side and was shouted at that I was required to wait 20 minutes. Almost nothing was available despite it being only 1.30PM.

7/7/23 12:05pm I am very disappointed. I placed an order with an employee yesterday and went to pick it up today. The person at the counter told me he did not fulfill the order because I didnʻt pay, and they wouldnʻt fulfill an order for 25 people without payment first. When I said I wish that person would have told me that, he became rude. When I said, well what can you do now, Iʻm here with a credit card, he told me they were too busy, it was the rush hour. When I asked can he do the order yes or no, he said then no. FYI, I went to subway who literally had to make sandwiches BY HAND and they delivered, in the middle of the same lunch rush hour. So in addition to $400 in business, they also got a $70 tip. Cory/Cody at the Stanford University panda should be reprimanded for poor customer service and the team should be trained NOT to take an order with a pay later (from a Stanford department with cardinal dollars) if they will not fulfill it. They didnʻt even call me to let me know. Thankfully Subway staff were creative problem-solvers and made it work. VERY disappointing. Cory/Cody could learn something from them about being in the service industry. Also, he wouldnʻt give me his name when I stood in line and asked while subway made my order. He pulled out his name tag and said "you can take a picture, you can take a thousand pictures, I donʻt care" I told him not to be rude, because there were customers behind me and he kept talking. I walked away. I would love to talk to him with a manager to explain how he couldʻve handled it differently and the outcome would be been better for us all. I might be most disappointed that I didnʻt get to try the sizzling shrimp over broccoli. Kudos to Subway for making it happen in 40 minutes!

None friendly staff, less than average food quality, noodles was a bit dry. Beef teriyaki was ok but grilled chicken wasn't.

I love panda express. But this was one of the worst Panda Express in my whole life. It's not even closing hour. 12pm lunch time and this is it??? Fried rice is so dry and old. Rice are dry and stuck together. I don't get it. Who's running this???

We came here on March 8 and ordered three plates and two bowls. The value per item is low. The woman at the front loads white rice with a heavy hand but the entree portions are small and pitiful. From what I could see, the best value is the teriyaki chicken that a different woman cut and served. Everything else is not worth the $10.10 per plate. Especially the shrimp bowls for $9.85 with a small 1/4 cup of a pitiable portion of shrimp for that price. What you pay for is rice, rice, and more rice. I would not waste your hard earned money if you think Panda Express serves value per buck. All that rice you pay for could buy you a decent meal somewhere else.

They don't accept cash.

They never have anything. Orange chicken is always out, chow mein is always out. It’s such a waste of money
