Pretty good, a lady remembered my name the second time I came 👍
Lovely lady at the counter! She was friendly and helpful at the same time! The drinks were quickly made and delicious!
Starbucks has good AND inexpensive ☕ if you bring a mug! It's $0.50 for refill ☕ at the Stanford University Starbucks if you bring your own mug AND the customers and staff are exceptionally charming! Get here early though! The trail from Los Altos to Stanford University through the back of Gunn High School is exceptionally therapeutic and the Starbucks ☕ at Stanford University definitely tastes better than other Starbucks, and everyone so far is AWESOME! I normally avoid Starbucks but the Stanford University Starbucks is on par with the Narita Airport Starbucks in my opinion for service and charm. ☕☕☕☕☕☕❤️
This is a place filled with the aroma of coffee and the atmosphere of books. Whenever we visit the campus, this spot is always our go-to for a break. The staff is friendly, and even on a Sunday afternoon, it's never too crowded , so there's no long wait. You're surrounded by young students with books or laptops, discussing or working on their own things, each person immersed in their world. The energy here is vibrant and alive!
This is a place full of coffee and bookishness. When we go to campus and take a walk, this is always our temporary resting place. The store staff are friendly and there are not too many people even on a Sunday afternoon, and we don’t have to wait too long. There are young students around, holding books or laptops, or discussing with others. Everyone is immersed in their own things, and you will feel alive here!

The customer service at this place is terrible. I asked the Indian lady to refill the water as it had run out, she gave me attitude and responded very rudely. She is also known to be very loud when students are trying to work. Please avoid her if you come to this Starbucks, all the other staff are very nice.

There is an area for lost and found
Those guys (and gals) are amazing as everyone seems to help one another so that no item would eventually get lost, amazing competitive ambience as well ?

Came on a Saturday, totally understaffed. Took 30 minutes to get a coffee

Honestly the nicest staff members I’ve ever met at a Starbucks location. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and always do a great job!

The fat chcik that works here has an attitude for no reason. I have a light accent and she made it seem like she couldn’t understand what i was saying. I’ve never felt this way in my life, especially while getting a drink at Starbucks. She needs to be fired asap

All Starbucks are guilty of prioritizing online orders over in-person, but this one has to be the absolute worst at it. Expect to wait 30 minutes for anything you order in person, while watching an endless stream of online orders picked up in front of you. May as well take reservations, though, if you’re going to this Starbucks, you likely don’t have another choice as it’s on campus.

Coffee was cold. The person said they’d make a fresh pot but they didn’t and served me lukewarm coffee instead of hot one.

It's the usual Starbucks, but with a Stanford clientele. It makes for interesting conversation eavesdropping. ?
I wish I had the chance to give more stars! The service was so good! Everyone was so friendly!
