This place is DISGUSTING! Around 12p I walked in to a homeless guy ‘pleasuring himself’ in a booth right in view of the register area. He was grunting and everything but the workers said nothing. The girl behind the counter was coughing nonstop behind the walls. Took about 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. After she took my order, the girl in the cook area wasn’t even making my food even when I was the only order in the system. They even didn’t have Dr Pepper and the girl wouldn’t even come back to the counter for me to request them to fix it or get it from a different machine. I asked for a refund and she couldn’t care less about why or any interest in helping me further. Will never come back here. When someone is sick around food AND a homeless man doing what he was doing, this place should be shut down immediately. Will definitely be reported to the board of health.

This was my first visit at this Carl’s, will definitely come back! I passed by the drive thru, service and tone was super nice and friendly. I believe on the name tag it was Lesli who took care of us. Greeted us, double checked our order, food was nice and hot. Overall it was a nice, fast, and comfortable experience. The only thing I would have to complain about is the elevated prices!
Carl’s Jr. pretty empty inside and probably not the best area tbh but yk what ur getting food wise and the workers seemed nice imo .

Just spent over $35 for one large combo, one chicken sandwich, and 3 chicken strips. We had to pull to the front, park and wait about 5 minutes for our food. Then we get home and the chicken sandwich is just one chicken strip between 2 pieces of bread.
