Honestly I am very surprised with the bad reviews on customer service. I went in for the first time today and the workers were nice and greeted me with no attitude like the one in sea cliff village in Huntington Beach. Also pretty clean inside . The food could have been fresher as it definitely tasted as it was not fresh and gave me the runs ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Not sure where all the skimping allegations come from.
Food was really good, just had to make sure i came before closing as it seems to have less fresh ingredients as it gets closer to it.
The chicken never disappoints!!!

We were very excited to have chipotle close to home. Unfortunately, we will probably visit the location in Cypress . I have never experienced such awful customer services. Took 15 min for them to help us. The two young girls in the front were literally at the register , seen us walking in and even stared at us while grabbing a salsa in front us . They didn’t even acknowledge at all.

I live in this community, so I wanted to check out this new Chipotle, walk in at 8pm, not one smiled, not one welcomed me, seriously to the employees pls pls if you do not want to work there just go home let someone else that wants to serve the community take your place.

Say no lettuce and they shove it on. Ask for guacamole, they will charge you and not add it. Chips are very stale. Might as well go to taco bell
