This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had my food was sitting up at the sushi bar, waiting for the waitress to stop her little meeting with the manager, the manager was doing an interview that person was waiting, everybody had to wait for her to finish. I mean it's ridiculous if the manager would. Not have any common sense, not to take an employee away from serving for a good 5 minutes.

I had gone here after seeing the reviews. Positive, the taste was good. But I think over all I had a very average experience. I didnt feel like ingredients were fresh including salmon. And the roll couldnt keep itself together and kept breaking. It wasnt rolled properly. Taste is also average. Maybe they use ready made ingredients. Wish I had better experience.

My experience wasn’t as good as expected, this restaurant was recommended by a friend but I’ve had better sushi in other places

I've been to other Crazy Rock but this is the first time in this location and I think it's one of the best. The sushi staircase is very nice and perfect for celebration. Most sashimi is tender enough compare to high end sushi. Even some random roll plates are very good in my opinion. We ordered some signature menu that have big photo in the menu. Server was very nice. The decor is also very cozy Japanese.

What a delightful discovery! I recently enjoyed a fantastic meal at Crazy Rock'n Sushi, starting with their standout baked crawfish roll—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Osaka okonomiyaki was a highlight, offering a wonderful crunch and rich, savory notes. The inari selections (yellowtail, spicy tuna, and salmon) were fresh and delicately sweet, complemented beautifully by the vibrant rainbow roll. Adding the black tea boba provided a smooth, refreshing finish at half price. The BOGO sushi roll promotion made this an exceptional value, and server Justine H delivered outstanding, attentive service. Highly recommend for quality Japanese fusion in a welcoming atmosphere.

The overall experience is disappointing for my family's first dine in at the restaurant.

First of all, we ordered our food expecting all of it to come out around the same time, but the food came out at inconsistent and distant times--with the Spicy Noodles never coming out, even after having eaten our first order of food. Apparently, the crew that would've made the Spicy Noodle Soup were not in the kitchen so we never could get that order.

While we were waiting for our second order, there were three instances of incorrect orders and extra food we did NOT order coming out twice. We ordered only one Spicy Chicken Katsu and only one Tempura Calamari, with a second Tempura Calamari coming out, a second Spicy Chicken Katsu being brought to the table and being informed THREE times that we were to get another Spicy Chicken Katsu despite ordering a single Spicy Chicken Katsu. We did get the second Tempura Calamari on the house (free of charge), but it doesn't make up for the messy, confused orders.

Although the Spicy Chicken Katsu came out early, it unfortunately came at the cost of the underdone Fried Onion Ring along with undercooked fried potato and fried asparagus. There were multiple regions of breading powder still within the fried food.

At the end of it all, we weren't charged extra for the second Tempura Calamari we got and everything else was charged as stated on the menu.

Ultimately, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing for a new place. However, I hope the place learns from these mistakes to improve in the future.

I've been looking for a great sushi spot when I'm in town and I think I've finally found my go to restaurant. I ordered 3 different rolls and two appetizers. Everything was delicious and service was perfect

This place is absolutely incredible to eat at. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Very quick with bringing the food out and very well presented. The only semi complaint i could've possibly made is that the restroom is a bit in disrepair but that's not nearly enough to warrant any loss of stars. This place is awesome and id 100% come back again.
