Horrible experience!! Please don’t waste you money here !! Lady’s restroom wasn’t working even that ones in the back .. they don’t care and they don’t take action ..

went here for a wedding, the lobster was too good i had to ask for some more from another table, the waiters were so nice and patient with the kids, and the owner was one of the nicest person i've talked to

I came here today for a lunch.And the food was absolutely incredible.I don't think i've had such good chinese food in a very long time.

Recently had a party hosted here and I have to write this review so people are aware that this place tries to nickel and dime you for everything. I was really upset to find out the whole night they DID NOT SERVE WATER to all the guests. There are only 2 servers for the entire party, 1 lady and 1 guy. The lady seems nice but the guy server was extremely rude; he should not be hired at any happy celebrations. The meal was supposed to come with water and soda according to Tiffany but none of my guests was served with either one. Lucky we brought cases of water and sodas just in case. Throughout the party, I kept seeing my guests coming up to get the drinks we brought to the party and asked us if we have more cases of bottle waters in the car. The main reason we booked this place is the food is decent. I attended a party here years ago go and liked the food. The area is a bit ghetto with an empty lot next door filled with homeless and druggies. Hence you have to hire a security. The venue will not provide. Also be prepared for last minute surprise calls from them. I was ok with the last minute thing and they did give us free flowers they had from the party last night but the service really ruined the whole thing. Never come back nor recommend to anyone else. If you want your guests have to stand up to get a Dasani bottle water bought by you to serve themselves at your party then this place is for you. Family own business, really wanted to support them but after today event, never again.

I booked my birthday party at the Crystal Restaurant & Banquet which was an amazing venue with generous event space, warm hospitality, and great food.Event Space:Everything from the decor, the lighting, and the atmosphere was perfect. The dance floor had just the right amount of space for everyone who wished to dance. Parking was a breeze with tons of parking in the back for large groups.Hospitality:Everyone from the waiters to the owners were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The managers were so easy to book with and accommodated my last minute requests. They answered all the questions I had. You could tell they come prepared and want you to have the most memorable night. It sure was for me!Food:The food was fantastic. Loved the lobster noodles, egg rolls, and honey walnut shrimp. I had a giant chicken leg that was so juicy. The lobster noodles were cooked just right, and the egg rolls I had were nice and crispy. I was lucky to take home some honey walnut shrimp so I could eat the next day! Overall, the food was fantastic and exceeded my expectations!

Highly recommend! My fiancé and I came here for a wedding and loved the food and atmosphere. It was so delicious that we decided to cater a family gathering with their food and it was a big hit! Will be back for sure with more friends and family.

Can't recommend this place enough! The food was delicious, service was top notch, and the owners were easy to work with. We had our wedding here and they were very accommodating, catering to what we were looking for and making sure we had everything we needed. They were the best venue in terms of affordability and accommodations out of all the other venues we looked at. The entire evening went smoothly and everyone was raving about the food, especially the walnut shrimp and lobster! There was plenty of parking for guests and everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We will choose Crystal Restaurant and Banquet for all of our future events!

Had my wedding here and had the best time ever. Foods great, services great, and the owners are extremely tentative.

Think twice before you book this place and get everything in writing or the owner will ether not honor the contact or try to nickel and dime you. We book security but never saw him/her all night long and we had a homeless person come wandering in. Left over stuff from other events was all around and we had to setup around it. Also, the own was seating in a desk by the dance floor most of the night doing paper work. Most annoying. It seem he was watching us the whole night to see if any mayhem happened. Problems with the electricity cutting in and out.I will not be booking anything here again. -star if I could.

Is a big place to have a big event for 300 hundred people .It's confortable to stay there.
