Recently had a party hosted here and I have to write this review so people are aware that this place tries to nickel and dime you for everything. I was really upset to find out the whole night they DID NOT SERVE WATER to all the guests. There are only 2 servers for the entire party, 1 lady and 1 guy. The lady seems nice but the guy server was extremely rude; he should not be hired at any happy celebrations. The meal was supposed to come with water and soda according to Tiffany but none of my guests was served with either one. Lucky we brought cases of water and sodas just in case. Throughout the party, I kept seeing my guests coming up to get the drinks we brought to the party and asked us if we have more cases of bottle waters in the car. The main reason we booked this place is the food is decent. I attended a party here years ago go and liked the food. The area is a bit ghetto with an empty lot next door filled with homeless and druggies. Hence you have to hire a security. The venue will not provide. Also be prepared for last minute surprise calls from them. I was ok with the last minute thing and they did give us free flowers they had from the party last night but the service really ruined the whole thing. Never come back nor recommend to anyone else. If you want your guests have to stand up to get a Dasani bottle water bought by you to serve themselves at your party then this place is for you. Family own business, really wanted to support them but after today event, never again.

Amazing venue! I came here for a friend's wedding and it was a great experience. The venue itself was large with adequate space for a big 200+ wedding. I've heard that it could also be expanded to also accommodate for an even larger group. I definitely recommend this place if you are planning on having a big wedding!The food was so delicious! So many dishes! Even though I was full, I kept eating because of how delicious the food was. The peking duck and walnut shrimpdefinitely stood out to me. Definitely one of the best wedding foods I've had. I definitely prefer banquet style food due to my Asian palette. ImThe venue could easily be transformed for weddings as well as birthday parties and other types of events. It is definitely one of the best banquet weddings I've been to.The service itself was also amazing. The servers were attentive and super friendly.

I booked my birthday party at the Crystal Restaurant & Banquet which was an amazing venue with generous event space, warm hospitality, and great food.Event Space:Everything from the decor, the lighting, and the atmosphere was perfect. The dance floor had just the right amount of space for everyone who wished to dance. Parking was a breeze with tons of parking in the back for large groups.Hospitality:Everyone from the waiters to the owners were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The managers were so easy to book with and accommodated my last minute requests. They answered all the questions I had. You could tell they come prepared and want you to have the most memorable night. It sure was for me!Food:The food was fantastic. Loved the lobster noodles, egg rolls, and honey walnut shrimp. I had a giant chicken leg that was so juicy. The lobster noodles were cooked just right, and the egg rolls I had were nice and crispy. I was lucky to take home some honey walnut shrimp so I could eat the next day! Overall, the food was fantastic and exceeded my expectations!

Lovely venue! The event coordinator, Tiffany, was very responsive and easy to talk to. She was very flexible with our requests, and accommodated to everything we asked for! Held my organization's event here, and had a great time.The venue itself was very spacious, and the atmosphere is very modern & elegant. There's plenty of parking in the front of the venue for large groups as well! We decided to go with the 7-course menu and everything was delicious and so filling! My favorite was the chicken fried rice. The waiters were also very quick to clear our plates, and our dishes came out fast. I would definitely recommend Crystals Banquet for any event!!

My husband and I visited many venues before deciding on this one and we instantly fell in love with this place when we toured it. We even had a family friend book their wedding here for December of this year based solely off our recommendation. * modern decorations * modern chairs * LED lights * flexibility / accommodating * huge lot of land for parking * up to 400 guests * good food (9-courses of yuuummmyyy food with customizable menu *vegetarian packages available) * easy and quick communication with owners I'm telling y'all, this place will give you the best bang for your buck. Tableware, linen, curtains, catering, and soft drinks are all included in their package -- even extra decorations are available to rent/use depending on the item. Tiffany and Ann were SOOOO helpful and worked insanely hard to make our day perfect. They literally helped so much that we didn't even need to hire a day-of coordinator and these ladies are so sweet to work with. We worked with Chris as well and he is extremely friendly and accommodating. The team here is super kind and they're very focused on making sure your day is perfect. Trust me when I say it's important to have a venue team fighting in your corner rather than chasing after a pretty penny from you. Tiffany and Ann were available and communicative with us every step of the way. Any questions we had, they were HAPPY to explain/answer, no hidden costs or fees y'all. Our vendors even had a blast. There are so many outlets available for your needs + clean bathroom + private bathroom for the bride and/or groom. They are super prepared and organized, there wasn't anything that we needed that they didn't have (within their bounds). I have a million good things to say about this place and the team --- book them!!!!!

Great spot for throwing family events or birthday parties! Had my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration here. This place is huge! They were able to easily accommodate my party of 150, and we still had plenty of room for a live band and dance floor. Ask for Tiffany. She definitely took care of us. She knew how important this event was to us, and she FRIGGIN delivered! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I love that she was flexible and accommodated all of our last-minute requests. She made sure to maximize every feature while working within our budget. For the price point, I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly magical night for our family! Walnut shrimp and the house special lobster noodle were fire! Must get! The staff members were attentive throughout the night. Huge plus! No complaints from my guests. Planning a big event is stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Crystal Restaurant made it seamless! Thank you Crystal Restaurant for allowing us to just focus on celebrating our grandmother! Can't recommend this place enough! The food was delicious, service was top notch, and the owners were easy to work with. We had our wedding here and they were very accommodating, catering to what we were looking for and making sure we had everything we needed. They were the best venue in terms of affordability and accommodations out of all the other venues we looked at. The entire evening went smoothly and everyone was raving about the food, especially the walnut shrimp and lobster! There was plenty of parking for guests and everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We will choose Crystal Restaurant and Banquet for all of our future events!
