I noticed “Yvette” was a very friendly and professional individual not only to myself but to everyone else as well. I was absolutely AMAZED how she was handling the front counter and the drive-thru and how EXTREMELY helpful she is to people. “Yvette” is a type of employee that everyone should have when it comes to customer service. Worst customer service went inside waited no one said anything saw me looked right past me like they were judging me. Never will come back. Had to get out go through the drive thru just to get helped. Then they went on the intercom and said have you been helped shouldn’t you know as a worker. Like not serious it’s a food place but serious rude customer service that should not be overlooked.

Edit- I went back because I was hungry and they gave me the same fish taco that I took a small bite out of back!😡😡😡 I felt it was suspicious when they took literally one minute to “remake” my order. Fries are still stale and the other fish taco is horrible. Do Not Go To This Del Taco.
I got beer fish tacos and they’re so dried out and like no meat at all. Fries are stale even though we had to wait like 5 minutes in the drive thru. Asked for no sauce for my sons bean and cheese burrito and there was tons of sauce. Called because we got it to go and I didn’t want to drive back so wanted them to remake it for tomorrow but I called 3 times and no one picks up the phone. Never coming to this one again.

Carne asada street tacos not so good. I’ll stick to my usual hard shell tacos. If I want carne asada tacos I’ll look for a stand. Service was excellent though. Cashier was friendly and seemed very outgoing.

Husband picked up two shrimp tacos and a bean and cheese burrito for me. So disappointed that there was no lime wedges for the tacos and no taco sauce even though he asked for some. I guess $20 an hour isn't enough for them to do their job. This was at Katella and Knott.

Was served rotten food. Called but no one picks up. Fish taco hard as rock. Dried fish. Tastes and smells like rotten fish (smell from garbage can). I feel unsafe consuming food from the restaurant. I have other foods ordered as well but not going to eat them after taking a bite on this.
