I got beer fish tacos and theyāre so dried out and like no meat at all. Fries are stale even though we had to wait like 5 minutes in the drive thru. Asked for no sauce for my sons bean and cheese burrito and there was tons of sauce. Called because we got it to go and I didnāt want to drive back so wanted them to remake it for tomorrow but I called 3 times and no one picks up the phone. Never coming to this one again.

Carne asada street tacos not so good. Iāll stick to my usual hard shell tacos. If I want carne asada tacos Iāll look for a stand. Service was excellent though. Cashier was friendly and seemed very outgoing.

Husband picked up two shrimp tacos and a bean and cheese burrito for me. So disappointed that there was no lime wedges for the tacos and no taco sauce even though he asked for some. I guess $20 an hour isn't enough for them to do their job. This was at Katella and Knott.

Was served rotten food. Called but no one picks up. Fish taco hard as rock. Dried fish. Tastes and smells like rotten fish (smell from garbage can). I feel unsafe consuming food from the restaurant. I have other foods ordered as well but not going to eat them after taking a bite on this.

Great place to stop at on my way home from school night classes. Pretty fast service and the food is always great. But I have to admit, their french fries are like wet noodles, so ask for them "extra crispy".

I am extremely surprised and incredibly appreciative of Esperanza(I hope Iām spelling this right) she was working at the window tonight and I was shocked when she waved away my card I thought she was saying they donāt accept EBT but when I asked she actually explained that she canāt handle the card to protect from fraud which I just experienced recently. I have gone to a thousand different fast food places and even some stores and I have never had an employee be so careful and take such great care to follow the rules, almost everywhere I go the first thing im asked once they see itās EBT is āwhatās your pinā and you feel like you have to tell them some places say you do have to tell them because the machine is inside so they have to go in and enter it themselves. It was so refreshing to see someone thatās working so hard for definitely not enough money to care so much about something that to almost every other person in her place finds so trivial and actually get irritated when you donāt feel comfortable giving your pin away. Incase Esperanza sees this, now you know why I asked for your name, and THANKYOU for making such a great experience, you 100% deserve a raise or a promotion if youāre not already manager. This is how every store should be ran.

My big thing is consistency and this place is pretty consistent with the breakfast burritos that I ordered on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly as well.
