I ordered a pizza on the Domino's App. and it took them 45 minutes to deliver. The pizza was cold, and then the guy wouldn't give us the pizza. He needed to count the money.

The worse experience ever, the manager is rude and of course refused to provide his bosses information. Our bowl has cardboard in it, I called to just get it corrected and was rude told me he “cut the order” himself (not sure why you cut pasta). I asked for his noses info and he said you saint getting nothing and hung up

Coming from the food service business many years ago and comparing those days of customer service to service now is becoming a literal joke……..EVERYWHERE.
With so many challenges in this business I would think major chains such as DOMINO’S would train their managers to be more customer service driven and go above and beyond when an issue arises.
I simply asked for one of the items I ordered to be “lightly toasted” as I just had a surgical procedure and couldn’t have the bread hard (have a hole through the roof of my mouth).
I waited outside for my order to be complete. When it was ready, I checked the sandwich to be sure it was made as I ordered it (I ordered the same sandwiches yesterday from the same location and they were perfect!) This time, the bread had a burnt texture and was hard. When I asked what happened to my sandwich, the employee said the manager saw what he had done to accommodate my request and removed the sandwich from the oven and pretty much double toasted the sandwich. When I asked the manager why, he said “customers aren’t allowed to modify how they prepare their food and if I didn’t like it, he would give me a refund”.
Shocked as hell, I told him fine and to please do so. He became EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS and canceled my order with BAD ATTITUDE AND ALL.
This so-called “manager” identified himself as “SAMUEL” and I made note of the name and left.
Bad location with BAD MANAGEMENT!!

Tried to order lunch on Friday at 11:45am. The app was having issues so I called the store. Nobody picked up so I thought the internet was down. Drive in to place my order in person and turns out the whole store decided to take their lunch break. No apology or anything. Bad service and poor scheduling by management.

Samuel was not able to accommodate a simple request of adding extra garlic on the pizza crust. He was very rude and unpleasant to speak with over the ohone and just hung up after denying my simple request. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!, i should have ordered from my normal spot up the street on beach blvd. 1st and last time I order from here. Please work with Samuel on providing better customer service as he needs lots of training. Samuel if you are able to see these reviews please look for another job if dominos isnt doing it for you.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had a terrible experience on March 4, 2025, at 1:38 PM. When I walked in, I was greeted with a rude attitude. The staff informed me that they wouldn't take my order because they were closing the store; both employees were about to go to lunch.

Terrible customer service! I called to cancel my pizza order, and instead of handling it professionally, the person on the other end started yelling at me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, not hostility. I will never order from here again, and I recommend others avoid this place unless they want to be treated poorly.

I ordered the sausage, marinara dish and got 12 noodles, 5 pieces of sausage and the whole thing was burnt around the edges. Never again!!!!!

We showed up at 11:45pm for carry out and they said their carry out was closed when their website says 1am. If their workers don’t want to work they shouldn’t be open late. Unacceptable team members working at that time on Sunday October 27th should do better. Thank you.
