I usually find the chicken is very dry. I recently noticed the menu had been expanded to include carnitas and Baja shrimp. I tried both and found the shrimp to be prepared to perfection! Unfortunately, the shrimp was promotional and not available now. Next time I'll go back for the carnitas tacos ?

I will start with the quality of the food because it was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fruit punch and it tasted like water. To top it off employee LOGAN , was rude while taking our order and while he was charging our card. He said he couldn’t hear us when we were yelling. That I understand I guess, BUT while we were paying he just was giving us the rudest tone. I feel like if you’re going to have a customer service job you should at least have patience with customers. This is not the first time I have dealt with rude employees at this pollo loco location. Management should do better.
