I arrived at 9:03 pm yesterday and the staff informed me that someone had placed a large order and they had run out of chicken. There was still an hour until closing time, which was more than enough time to prepare chicken for customers. It’s unacceptable that they couldn’t do chicken with an hour left til closing.

I have been getting the double chicken burrito bowls recently. Very good. The main issue is that I have to drive across town to the other location because this one has an older man who sometimes works the window who always makes me repeat myself like 3 times and always manages to get my order wrong.
