I walked in I checked the food out I was there for about 10 minutes and nobody came out and greeted me or even asked me if I needed any help so I just left. Wasn't able to taste the food I'm giving this review strictly due to the service

Always a 5 star experience every time I go & every time I order. I usually order my catering dishes here for our Church events & always call in advance. They get a 5 star because if you need a last minute dish to bring to an activity for a large number of people to feed, this place would provide what you need & take a same day catering call. I order 1 half tray for the beef & broccoli & 1 half tray orange chicken & half tray of chow mein. The greatest thing is their portion size and their orange chicken is soft & moist. It is not dry like other places. The ladies who work behind the counter are very pleasant. Please support these kinds of local businesses that are working hard to make a living instead of the franchise Panda Express. At Panda, they are super expensive & they give very little, for what you pay for.

Our family’s favorite spot! We used to live in the area & now we are a bit far away but anytime we crave Chinese food we definitely make the drive to come here ! The ladies working the front are always so kind & it’s always good to see them! They remember our family from when I was pregnant going there & now our daughter is 4 years old 🥰🥰

The orange chicken, chow mein and, fried rice was absolutely delicious! The portion was perfect for $12 plus tax pretty affordable honestly. Will definitely go back!

Not nice people. I went there and was standing at the counter, ready to order. There was no one else in line. The two women working there, ignored me and kept talking to each other. Eventually, the one at the counter ask me if I was ready. As I started to order, she kept interrupting me and talking to the other employee. I ordered a plate and when she asked me what sides I wanted, I asked if I could get steamed veggies, as a side. She said that would be a $1.50 upgrade charge. I agreed to that and asked if I could get half Chow Mein and half Veggies, as my side. She rudely said, "We don't do that here!". Mind you, Chow Mein costs LESS thatn steamed veggies, so I'm essentially paying for a full order of Steamed Veggies but offering to only get half of that and half the cheaper Chow Mein. They come out ahead! She kept rudely yelling at me, "We don't do that here!" I walked out and walked right into Hawaiin Ono, next door, where they treated me like a King and gave me 3 huge pieces of BBQ chicken AND let me subsitute my side of rice, with all cabbage. Hong Express SUCKS! Avoid!

I've always been a Panda Express woman, it's always been Panda. BUT! This place, bro hands down...speechless. Bomb food, bomb workers! They fill your plate to the tippy top, like it's the empire state building! Quality is out of this world! I swear this food is homemade and authentic! This is now the place I'm going to everytime. It's not just "hong kong express", it's called THE Hong Kong Express for a reason. They're top tier, top dog...hands down #1!
