This is a very consistent with the food and drinks restaurant and the staff are super chill. It is nextdoor to a lower end hotel motel with some strange people

Okay I don't know who this one employee(young female)is that work Saturday's evening shift but, she's very unprofessional and highly rude. I picked up an order and immediately after handing my food to me.
She didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She just turned away and proceeded to start another order. I walked away feeling like an invaluable unwanted customer. I'm sorry but the lack of proper customer service training is just mad crazy to me.

This place always give out the wrong order and when you call the manager have a nasty attitude and they get mad at you like if you are the one passing the order out to the customers. And the manager is still getting up set at the customer i hate this place but i live so close to here that i get to lazy to go somewhere else but i am not going back

Don’t go here
I just went and ordered eggrolls and jalepeno poppers and was charged $1.00 for each of the dressings that came with it.
When I asked if condiments were free anymore I was told “no not if they don’t come with the meal”
Can u tell me when did sweet and sour stop coming with egg rolls??? Or taco sauce stop coming with tacos or ranch with jalepeno poppers

They literally looked at each other smiled and decided to charge me a dollar for each condiment - and I know this because I saw the girls braces on her teeth when she decided to do so

I often buy 2 jumbo jacks n was told on receipt I would receive a free jumbo jack for taking survey after buying 2, I showed worker my receipt for buying 2 jumbo jacks 3 different times
..I asked Carlos the Stanton CA worker to please show me how to log on to survey..he not only reused to show me how to collect but was very rude ..I come everyday n am in a wheelchair n his rudeness is unacceptable.they say they will give u a free jumbo jack for buying 2 if u do survey..but won't show how u how to do survey n Carlos said no free food even if u buy 2...that's not what they advertise ..the owner really needs to know how rude his employees are

For pick up but the burger is not taste enough I think. The sauce is sour, really sour and their ketchup is too sour too. I dont know why they are not using the popular ketchup like other burgers in town 🙂 sometimes the sauce is one of the main part of burger

Boba tea... Tea with rocks. Not good, burger was about the worst I have had from Jack in the box... This one isn't good. They need to inspect their product or something... That tea was nasty. The burger was barely passable.

I'm handicapped and in an electric wheel chair im unable to drive a conventional car I'm stuck only driving my electric motor power wheel chair and they refused to serve me through drive throu made me wait in the freezing cold an hour and a half tell dinning room opened horrible people don't like the handicapped here would not recommend

I miss the old breakfast menu, this croissant is so small, flat and sad. Not worth the cost. First time trying it too and this is from 2 weeks ago or so when i went.

I walk in to fill my cup with water before going through the drive through and I ask to use the restroom and the daytime manager said yes after I pay for my drink. I just poured my water out and bailed. Totally rude.
