I’m not sure how to feel about this because I don’t know who to blame. I was doing a pick up order for this location. I asked to use the bathroom while they were making the order. The second I opened the bathroom door it smelled like chemicals, almost like an open bottle of bleach, but I then realized it was definitely drugs. It was almost as if somebody had just walked in the bathroom, smoked amphetamines and just walked out. I immediately got a headache and started feeling dizzy and a little off. I have not been feeling normal all night. I don’t know if I should go to the hospital. I think I’m just gonna wait this out. I googled the possibility of secondhand and I have all of the symptoms. I definitely was not expecting this in my bingo cards. I had to end my shift early. I don’t think I’ll ever do another pick up order from any Jack-in-the-Box matter of fact. Hands down the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had picking up fast food anywhere ever. I don’t think there’s anything the people who worked here could’ve even done. I honestly feel bad for them because imagine having to use the bathroom while working and getting high. Oh wait, that’s literally what happened to me. I think I’m gonna get a lawyer

This store does not abide by their posted hours. I arrived at their drive through on Tuesday evening at 2:45 am. The hours listed online and on their door state they are open until 3 am. I was told that they actually close at 2:30 am. This was frustrating as I wasted my time driving here specifically because they were supposed to be open.

I asked if I could use the restroom before I ordered and the employee said the code for the restroom was on the receipt. So I realized I only get app deals through the app after the employee told me there was no way to scan in rewards on the kiosk. So I'm waiting for my order which did come out fairly quick. The employee then told me the code to the restroom after handing me the order. Like I don't understand why he waited til that moment to give me the code.

Have been going here for awhile now. Today was my last visit. People working there have serious attitude problems. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, was ignored by stuff, then finally given attitude and told to use the kiosk. Hopefully the kiosks replace all the employees with bad attitudes soon! Ended up leaving and going somewhere else for dinner.

Okay I don't know who this one employee(young female)is that work Saturday's evening shift but, she's very unprofessional and highly rude. I picked up an order and immediately after handing my food to me. She didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She just turned away and proceeded to start another order. I walked away feeling like an invaluable unwanted customer. I'm sorry but the lack of proper customer service training is just mad crazy to me.
This place always give out the wrong order and when you call the manager have a nasty attitude and they get mad at you like if you are the one passing the order out to the customers. And the manager is still getting up set at the customer i hate this place but i live so close to here that i get to lazy to go somewhere else but i am not going back

Don’t go here I just went and ordered eggrolls and jalepeno poppers and was charged $1.00 for each of the dressings that came with it. When I asked if condiments were free anymore I was told “no not if they don’t come with the meal” Can u tell me when did sweet and sour stop coming with egg rolls??? Or taco sauce stop coming with tacos or ranch with jalepeno poppers
They literally looked at each other smiled and decided to charge me a dollar for each condiment - and I know this because I saw the girls braces on her teeth when she decided to do so

I often buy 2 jumbo jacks n was told on receipt I would receive a free jumbo jack for taking survey after buying 2, I showed worker my receipt for buying 2 jumbo jacks 3 different times ..I asked Carlos the Stanton CA worker to please show me how to log on to survey..he not only reused to show me how to collect but was very rude ..I come everyday n am in a wheelchair n his rudeness is unacceptable.they say they will give u a free jumbo jack for buying 2 if u do survey..but won't show how u how to do survey n Carlos said no free food even if u buy 2...that's not what they advertise ..the owner really needs to know how rude his employees are

For pick up but the burger is not taste enough I think. The sauce is sour, really sour and their ketchup is too sour too. I dont know why they are not using the popular ketchup like other burgers in town 🙂 sometimes the sauce is one of the main part of burger
