I walked in they see me but continued with their conversation!Take my order and i waited for over 12 minutes for my food.The girl who took my order is not wearing gloves but handling the food getting the fries, touching inside the fries box with no gloves, bagging the food, touching her facemask, rubbing her hair out her face. Nasty! Laughing and playing with her co-workers.Just unsanitary and disgusting ! Instead of making our food the older lady working there is watching us speaking spainish giving us dirty looks while speaking to the lady handling the drive thru! Like not only is this location unprofessional, they're rude, and unsanitary! Just dirty! Do better!People are spending their hard earned money to patronize this business to only receive terrible trashy dirty service because these people don't really want to work there! The food and service is decent enough and has gotten better over the last couple months, but the staff here still have a bad habit of automatically trying to charge me for the whole combo when all I said was "Ultimate cheeseburger and a medium Coke" and the words "fries" or "combo" never came out of my mouth. Now, the place is a lot better than what it used to be a couple months ago and earlier on. One of my friend’s other friends used to work at this location and they were often posting rants about how much they hate their job and also posting “Minimum wage = Minimum effort” memes on Instagram and it definitely showed. But we all know that “minimum wage = minimum effort” mentality normally just results in “Minimum wage for life”

Christmas Day...insane amount of people but the staff were super chill and welcoming. Waited a long time due to the amount of people who like me failed to plan for Christmas dinner.
Long wait time. Finally got my food and was missing my daughter's nuggets. Had to go back around another 20 min in drive thru and wasn't compensated or even apologized. Then I get home and my 1 taco from 4 is missing

The cashier was very ruth and I got 0 condiments or napkins. I ask to get added frys and she said she ask the manager and they both said no i couldn't add it to my order because the car behind as waiting for their order aswell even though i said I'll pick them.up inside but she said no. If they don't wanna sell they should just close and pretend no one works there. I want to buy extra food create more revenue for the store but the employees don't want to do any extra work. Lousy service and lazy workers. This specific location has always been a problem in the past and now.

11.25.2023 (Saturday, roughly early afternoon): there’s this dark-skinned, semi-tall Latina cashier who has exhibited strange, crude attitude towards customers during the last two times I entered this place, especially someone who wanted whip cream removed but noted the passive aggressive anger from her, not doing the request, or also laughing at a customer for a reason regarding meal price. I almost took a picture of this inept employee today, but I wanted to save her the online embarrassment; however, you personnel need to remove or discipline her now before I actually take a picture of her the next time I come—and post it on here.
