It was a last minute decision on a Friday night. My daughter and I called the restaurant about 20 minutes to closing for 2 sandwiches. They took our order and had it ready within 5 minutes. I went to pick up and it was done. Perfect timing. They were very sweet and friendly staff.

We made our order via online for delivery and I have never been to their to their brick and mortar so that won't be addressed here. This is the second time we have experienced Jimmy John's together and we are a group of five. The online menu is not particularly user friendly with it's many drop downs which must be constantly toggled back and forth for someone not familiar with the basic sandwich choices. Enuf said for the tech end, on to the food. The regular portions of each item in my sandwich were minimal at best, I ordered the Turkey Tom. I guess they want to charge more and more, and so it goes. One slice of turkey is not worth my dime, wait what does a dime look like? There were no complaints from my buds so I don't know what their expectations were.

I order my lunch here for work quite often , sometimes I pick it up & other times I do delivery, regardless very impressed with their communication and customer service at this location. Always a 10 experience for me.

Great service. They barely make mistakes and the sandwiches are good quality.For this reason I would give Jimmy john's a 4.5 but I can't put so I gave them a 5.

Walked in, there was one other customer there and 4 workers. I ordered a sandwich "unwich" which is wrapped in lettuce; no bread. The kid told me they didn't have any lettuce to make an unwich. There was literally 5 heads of lettuce on the back counter.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The owners or managers do not return phone calls after the employees caused damage to my cars interior by not putting the caps on correctly on the extra side portion of oil spilled all over the passenger seat

As someone who travels I understand every restaurant has a good and bad location. It's normal everyone makes things differently. But this location was the worst by far. Ask for no lettuce on my daughter's sandwich and it came with only lettuce nothing else. I looked at the receipt and it said no lettuce too.... I ordered my totally tuna Jimmy's way... I got it plain not cut in half. 16 inch sandwich not cut. And let's go back to the lettuce. It was washed!!!! It tastes like straight chemicals. I'm sorry but it says new owner... I bet the last owner was better. Seems like this one doesn't care as much. 2013 advertising signs??? Update your store!

1st and last time ever eating here!!!complete waste of money!!! they were out of regular bread, gave us the wrong sandwiches and didn't even make those right ! sloppily made as well. nasty!!! just go to subway
We're all about good service and good food and that's what we get at Jimmy John's on Katella. We ordered online for delivery last week for first time and it was super easy and fast and staff was super friendly. That's what brings us back. Just ordered again (today) the same way and same results. Excellent! Thank you from an exec chef and his hospitality wife. :)

"Jimmy John's" is an Awesome Sandwich ? Shop.I have only shared orders w/my sister when she places an order on line & of course my sandwich has special needs.I get their dbl Roast Beef on wht roll (no mayo/spreads, tomatoes or onions add lettuce & pickles only.) & she'll ask them to write my name on it, as well as her sandwich too!It makes it easier to pull out the sandwich from the bag & not have to rummage thru others food to find your's.Now my sister's sandwich is Turkey & Roast Beef on wheat (no mayo/spreads, or onions add lettuce, tomatoes, & pickles)Any condiments just ask, it will be put in the bag. When u get ready to sit & eat, u can put the finishing touches on yourself.,U probably think leaving the spreads off would make it to dry. That's just it. When u leave tomatoes, spreads off your bread it won't soak up the juices from veggies/spread until u want to eat your sandwich.We go out & drive around a couple days a month to catch up on aaron's from Garden Grove to Irvine, Huntington Beach, thru Anaheim/Fullerton & Cerritos.We get our orders on line, she parks, I run in grab the order/orders & when we get home, we re-treat to our own rooms w/our own sandwich, condiments, soda, chips & eat to a "awesome bliss"Their sandwiches r waiting for u to try!! ✌️??? ENJOY!! I DO
