I found a hidden gem! I was looking for a lunch spot and found this little spot, basically by chance. Very clean, super friendly, real Mediterranean food with fresh quality ingredients. Definitely will keep it on my list. In fact, going back there today. Good spot. Give it a try. You are welcome.

I saw some reviews mentioning the new ownership, but honestly, I think the food and service are better than ever! Everything tasted so fresh and home-cooked. You can tell there's real care put into each dish. I think the owner was there when I visited, and she was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the food (and super cute, too!) I wasn't sure what to order at first, but the staff were incredibly helpful and made great recommendations. The portions are perfect, and at a great price point. Everything I tried was delicious, and to top it off, they even gave me complimentary baklava at the end which was amazing! If you haven't tried this place since the new ownership, give it a chance. It feels like a true family-run Mediterranean spot, full of warmth, flavor, and heart. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely Outstanding!
I had an amazing experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty — every dish was full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. From the tender kababs to the fresh salads and warm pita, everything was spot on.
The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the whole dining experience perfect from start to finish.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious Mediterranean food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP 😢 and the quality and taste is no longer the same. Mamas kabab was our go to for Mediterranean food. We would typically get it once a week. It was always consistent and delicious. We ordered it today after our vacation and to my disappointment, it tasted completely different. I searched online and saw others note that it’s under new ownership. I was devastated 💔 worst part? The prices went up and the quality went down. Everything tastes watered down and bland. The new owners need to change the name….this is not the same mamas kabab we once knew….

New owners, same menu but MUCH WORSE QUALITY. Warning that all reviews older than a week are basically for a different restaurant. Mamas Kabab was one of my favorite restaurants in existence, and it deeply saddens me to have to give it such a low rating, but the quality of food was so dramatically inferior that I cannot recommend it in its current state. If the new owners read this, I implore you to endeavor to recapture the essence of the original recipes or change the name of the establishment.

Ordered on the phone: combo platter, beef shawarma rice bowl, and baba ganoush. Once I got to the store, combo platter was missing and replaced with hummus. I never said hummus once on the phone. Ended up taking the rice bowl and baba ganoush.
Babaganoush didn't taste bad but it didn't look or taste like any baba ganoush I've ever had. Zero eggplant taste. Mostly tomato and herbs.
Beef shawarma rice bowl was ok. Been here before and they usually include a white garlic sauce. None this time. Maybe new ownership since the old couple that is normally there were not there this time.
Extremely disappointing since I wanted to come back to this place to support the old couple. Although, I'm glad I didnt spend the extra $20 on the combo platter.
