This is a hidden gem.Came here on a Saturday at around 8pm and there were many tables open.Heads up: 2 order minimum for the grill. Also comes with your choice of soybean paste soup, kimchi soup or bean paste in hot pot for ($4.99 extra). We got the soybean paste soup and it's definitely one of the tastiest dwenjangjiggaes I've ever had. The server told us it is made ready to order (not pre cooked) and that it tastes almost like the Korean countryside. He was right! They also had a variety of banchans ranging from kimchi, picked jalapeño, cucumber kimchi, pickled radish, a pickled onion salad, soybean sprouts and more.Marinated short rib (28.99): the quality of the meat is 5 stars but I would say the marinade is 4 stars. I've definitely had better galbi marinades at other places. It was not as sweet and flavorful as I usually like. However, the amazing meat quality more than made up for it.Rib finger (25.99): This was the star of the show. I normally don't like non-marinated meats when I go to kbbq places because the quality is not very good. However, the finger rib here was hands down one of the most tender, juicy and flavorful meats I've ever had. The quality of this meat was AMAZING. You must order this if you go.The service was also amazing. Our server was very attentive, changed our grill multiple times, checked up on us often, made recommendations.We will definitely be back! This place is comparable to the high quality ayce bbqs in Koreatown, LA but at a fraction of the price and wait.
