I gave the food a 3 star cause good lord I don't know what meat they use in the crunchy tacos it was not tasty at all very oily n just not good the only thing good was the lettuce n cheese , they don't even have a good salsa to go with them , also tried the Chilli cheese fries n they had the same meat from the tacos the fries were undercooked n just not good at all , service I gave it a 4 the young lady at the drive up was very nice that was my 3rd time visiting the place n all 3 times they've said only cash .

Naugles is the best. Quality blows everyone else out of the water. This is the way good fast food tasted 30 years ago. Fresh and delicious, no premade junk! It's 45m away from me but still worth the drive at least a couple times a year.
They brought Naugles back from the dead. There are only two locations. It's comparable to Del Taco but better quality and more food for your money

The place needs to be updated it's like they don't care about the appearance as far as the cheeseburger goes it was ok the fries were nasty just plain they should put seasoning on them like wth... I wouldn't recommend this place it's not worth the money...

This place was very dirty and runned down the prices are outrageous for the quality of food the cook she didn’t speak english when asked for a special order the quantity of fries for the combo price is bad under the fountain drink machine we saw 3 cockroaches as we were leaving that gros we will never return not worth going back There’s NOTHING I WOULD RECOMMEND JUST DONT GO !!!

Cordial service couldn't elevate the 2 tacos I received here: the ground beef was bland, in a flavorless red "sauce", helped only by the lettuce and cheese it was hiding under, while the asada was a barely passable improvement. Both meats suffered from a lack of salt and pepper in the cooking.
The floors have a layer of grit, especially at the corners, and the counter/table tops are not the cleanest. The experience inside and out is a bit like a neglected gas station, with thick paint trying to hide damaged furnishings.
If you have good memories of eating this in the past, protect those memories by avoiding this place. California is overflowing with better Mexican food, much of it at lower prices.
My family ended the day out of town, at Birrieria Little Tijuana, where the food and service were excellent, full of flavor and worth all the hype.

Simply the best! Naugles was my go-to, late night place in my youth. They have managed to bring back the exact food, and exact tastes I remember. Everyone was so friendly and all of us in our party savored every bite. We ordered egg and beef burritos, ortega burger, taco salad in a cup! and even the fries were original. For newcomers, the food will make you throw rocks at D.T. and T.B. "corporate food." I'll be back soon!

Naugles is one of those nostalgic California, Tex-Mex if you will. My go to are the Club Burritos, been visiting there for several years now, but lately as the price has risen, yet burrito became smaller. You can raise the price or make it smaller, not both. Just a suggestion. Understanding inflation get in this care the value is decreasing, reconsider the quality and quality to match your current pricing would be greatly appreciated.
