Pho is always consistent! I don’t know why this location make you order first then sit down. Other location you get seated then order. The line was long and it was raining. Everyone in line got wet because people were taking forever to order. Atleast have a cover outside for us.
My 2nd Time Back At The Rodeo 39 Location On 12/19/25. The Noise Level Was Pretty High, Having To Order At The Counter While The Door Is Opened. The Young Gal That Took My Order Wore A Mask & Sorta Hard To Understand Her.
I Asked Her To Have The Phở Noodles Cooked/Boiled Al Dente. I Wasn’t Sure If She Understood Me, But The Noodles Came Out Too Soft For My Taste. I Love Noodles With A Bite!!

Specializes in pho so service is quick and easy and the quality is good too! It’s located in a plaza so lots of other shops nearby. You order at the front and then find your own table. I find it super convenient and works for groups as well. Unfortunately, not vegetarian or vegan friendly but there are other shops inside that have more friendly options and they can bring it in here as well since it’s a shared space.
