In a food market place this place is one of the best burgers in the Huntington Beach, Stanton, Westminster, garden grove areas. Beef patties are top notch and cooked to perfection. Grilled broccolini . Truffle butter. Smoked Gouda. More people have to know about this spot. If you love a good gourmet burger. Come here! Let your friends know.

This is a steak (gourmet) fast food place inside the Rodeo 39 marketplace/food court in Stanton, on Beach blvd., near the intersection with the 22. It serves steaks, steak sandwiches, and burgers. Time to get your food is about 15 minutes. You can walk around Rodeo 39 while waiting, as they'll send you a text message when the food is ready.
We had the steak sandwich and the butcher's burger. Combos with fries and a drink are also available. Both burger and steak sandwich were delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sauces were tasty without being too noticeable and killing the meat's flavor. Both were garnished with arugula, which adds a bit of freshness that's always appreciated.
It's a solid 4.5 stars. The food is definitely 5 stars, especially considering the moderate prices.

Worst mashed potatoes ever. Steak was mid sauce idk wth made it so gelatinous. I couldn’t even finish it. I wanted the steak sandwich they were sold out. I spent $20 and couldn’t even eat it. I got the tipsy plate it was gross. I expected a lot bc it smells so good.

Came here on a Thurs night. Prob regular crowd in the food hall...not super crowded or busy. Ordered the Tenders and Fries and a side of mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders were either ridiculously over cooked or they were old sitting under a heat lamp and refried for my order. Either way that's unacceptable. It was dry, chewy, nearly inedible. The mash potatoes had a very strange taste. Like when you think of how mashed potatoes should taste like in your head and then you eat this it's like night and day. Not sure how you screw up mashed potatoes. It's potatoes...that's mashed. Salt. Maybe butter. Maybe milk/cream/broth. I mean easy. This was no good.

Best smash burgers , 2 good size smash burgers for I think 10.99 ?? And then for 5.50 more they give you a whole container of really good fries, stringy like McDonald’s but with a really good light and airy crunch.. seriously so good . I can’t wait to come back

They DoorDash me $$45 worth of stale food. You’ve just lost a customer for life. I shouldn’t have to come into the store to get food that is not stale. I’m not a trashcan and I don’t appreciate it. I’m not gonna ask for my money back, but you will never have another customer for me. Very poor business practices and it could get you sued.

The smash burgers are good and the fries to go along with it are good as well. I also ordered a Sirloin steak and it was also good. This is an almost fast food type restaurant. The price and quality of of the food are adequate.
I got the truffle burger combo for $20 to treat myself after a long week and it was pretty disappointing. Dry meat dry bun kinda dry everything. The fries were good but I was craving a good burger. Maybe I was unlucky with my order but prob won't try again.
