I ordered three chicken fingers by itself today for the first time. Typically I will get a combo box, which includes their secret sauce. I was unaware that when you order à la carte, the sauce is not included, rather they have to charge you $.42. I was pretty displeased hearing that, and may have overreacted with the pointless charge. Thus, was not going to proceed with my order, and just be on my way. A manager by the name of David, then assisted me and explained the reasoning as to why, still didn’t really make sense. Why are you going to charge for sauce when you’re ordering three chicken fingers… And the manager, David, confirmed he would waive that fee for me this time. Upon driving up to the window he comped my entire meal, apologized and was sympathetic to my frustration. Then I felt bad for my petty complaint, and wanted to pay, but he refused at that point. Thank you for doing the right thing and ensuring I stay a loyal customer.

First time at a Raising Canes. I can see the hype now. The chicken is delicious. The process was a little high but in this economy everything is going up. The sauce is like a upgrade version of Zaxby’s sauce. Is good! The food service was chic fil a fast.Parking: Small location but plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessible parking and ramps.
I always thought what's so big about chicken tenders, Canes chicken is really good I love their Texas toast and they've got French fries that are way better than Del Tacos, In-N-Out or McDonald'

First issue, It took 20 minutes to get my food with only 1 other family waiting as well. Normally, Canes takes about 5 to maybe 10 minutes of waiting. Anyways, other groups came in (6 groups), and 3 of them got their food before I got mine. The 2nd issue was that the fries were cold and old. Chicken seemed to be at room temperature. I'm never going back to this location.

My family dinner had mostly raw chicken fingers in. They were cold and pink inside although outside was cooked. Pizza it is!
