I went for a service at the restaurant "El Fortin 2" and the employees inside were extremely rude and poorly educated, it's a shame they don't know how to behave like adults. I went to want to pay for my food, they started making fun and attacked me and my mother in front of us. The employees are called Chely and Leti. We wanted to speak to a manager and there was no one who could assist us. What a shame, we were frequent customers and the people who served outside always treated us with such kindness that we were happy to go. With this we will not return.
We used to be frequent clients here, but we had a very bad experience today. These two employees who can't act like grown-ups were very rude when I went to pay my bill. First of all, they charged me a ridiculous amount that wasn't mine. After that incident, they started mocking me and my mom. After that, they acted like little children and were mimicking us as well. We were polite, and I don't understand why such behavior. Their names are Chely and Leti, we tried to contact a manager, but apparently, there was no one in charge. The people at the front in the taco area were very nice and great customer service, such a shame that because of these two we would never go back again. They treated us terribly, I hope management or the owner sees this and has a knowledge of what type of employees he has because they affect his business image.

I bought an asada burrito and it had almost no meat, it had more rice and beans. It was a $15 rice burrito.Bad first experience, purchased for a $15 dollar burrito. Hardly any meat but full of rice and beans.

From the entrance everything starts badly, people getting drunk outside, and inside the restaurant there is a bad smell of a public bathroom, the food is more or less, but the waitresses don't want to work. I wouldn't go back there.
