I have been in a few times and really like this place, their menu is small and to the point. They have a sufficient number of juices that you can order as well as acai bowls. The store is clean and never busy, this works for me in that I prefer not to wait, but I would love to see their business pick up so that I know they will be here for the amazing juice for a long time.

The pictures don't match what you actually get. Also, you can't customize anything. So if you're allergic to an ingredient, it can't be removed.

I have been a couple of times to root n raw. It's cute. Feels very "outdoorsy" came in and was greeted and helped right away. I would recommend anyone who loves açaí bowls to try it out.

Almost $10 for a basic açaí bowl that's already set to what they put inside it. They were really skimpy on the toppings so I barely got what I wanted. The açaí tasted really bland... I guess it's okay but not great. And waited about 10 minutes for them to make my bowl since there was only one worker and someone else before me. Lol

Closest açaí place next to my grandmas. Came here especially for the mermaid açaí bowl. They don't serve that anymore.. they said it had a "weird" taste so they took it away... but it looked so cool! Anyways got the basic açaí bowl and it was decent. It will fulfill my açaí craving when I'm otw to visit my grams. Check it out and support the local stores!

Been craving for a pitaya bowl, but haven't been able to go & get one at my go-to spots because they're already closed by the time I get out from work. Decided to give Root 'n Raw a try since it's near home. Got here 1 hour before closing, there is 1 person working. He wasn't very friendly, nor did he ask if I've been there before, but I ordered a Pitaya Power, paid, & was not asked if I wanted a stamp card (I just happened to take a look at their business card which had it). I gave a tip & sat down to wait. A plus is there is a good amount of seating, even if they were to be very busy. They have more seating than most açaí places. Got my order, which wasn't the usual bright color of dragon fruit for a Pitaya bowl, but shrugged it off & left. Started eating it while in the car. DEFINITELY Aí‡AÍ, NOT PITAYA! Maybe they didn't have enough? They could've just said so. Since I'm 100% sure it was açaí & not pitaya, I'll still talk about the açaí. Taste was okay. Not too sweet, but not bland either. Multiple stars off because it was definitely not what I ordered, plus it had a soupy consistency. Not worth the price. I won't be coming back.
Reasonably priced acai bowls and smoothies. Got the regular acai bowl and it was enough to share for 2 people. The girl was nice, she asked if there was anything I wanted to exclude from the toppings. Acai bowls are big! They only have 2 flavors/options of açaí on the menu now. Pityaya I believe that's the wrong spelling but that's the flavor i always get. It's sweet and the topping include coconut & bananas which are my fav! It comes with more topping than that. I came last week with my best friend and she ordered the Superfood Açaí bowl and she didn't like it at all. And she asked the employee if he could remake her that other option of açaí bowls and he agreed without charging her more. A huge thank you to the employee for going out of his way to make another açaí bowl. We were definitely satisfied with the service he gave us.
