I specifically asked for the quesadilla with rice inside and the people didn’t put the rice and I asked for a original sized drink and they gave me a small one and the lady there was so rude.

Had two fish tacos which where soggy ,dinner was dirty and the restroom was even worse with poop on the floor . The rest room was worse then a porta potty and toilet clogged. The cashier Asian male was told but seem like he didn't care

This is my favorite Rubio's location. Even when the two nearest Rubio's closed down I wasn't disappointed because I prefer to go here. The food is always delicious, portion sizes are large, and the service is friendly. The time from ordering and pick up has always been less than 10 minutes. I've never dined in but the ambiance is nice. Today I ordered the rainbow bowl with sweet potatoes. It was very delicious and the portion size was perfect. I hadn't eaten all day and it made me full. Today I had my first less than pleasant experience. It was bound to happen after all these years. When I arrived to pick up my online order the restaurant was surprisingly full. There were two people in front of me in line and several waiting to pick up their orders. The cashier, Mari, was having a very pleasant conversation with the young couple she was serving. It lasted about 5 minutes. Then there was an older gentleman in front of me that she served. When it was my turn I told her I was there for online order pickup. After she handed me my food, I asked if I could have some salsas. She pointed me in the direction of the salsa bar and said I could get them from there. There was a refrigerator behind her that was arm's length and two steps away. I asked if she could just pick up two salsas from there. She seemed annoyed and then proceeded to grab the salsas and request the Chipotle sauce from the kitchen. I've never had a cashier do that before. Despite this experience this Rubio still gets five-stars for being a fantastic fast casual spot for seafood.

1st time at this location and will not come back. Sunday hour states they close at 8pm... it's 7:09pm and all doors are locked, no sign, lights on but employees just shook their head no. There was also other customers trying to come in just to be turned away with no explanation. So bad for business.

Dirty counters at salsa, dirty soda machine, employees ignored me while I was standing there waiting for them to stop talking to each other. I'll never go back again.
Walked in employees were talking about what they were going to do after work. They didn't even greet me. I looked at one of them and they said whenever you’re ready. Food was nasty, drink machine weren't refilled, salsa bar was low and not cleaned soda station needed to be cleaned, it was horrendous. They don't do their job. Unprofessional asf.

Good bang for you buck quality. I'm really sad the Rubio's in Cerritos closed down, so one night I went to this one. I placed an online order and when I went to pick up my order the person. This was atleast 4 months ago, and the person that handed me my food had an unwarranted bad attitude, so have to leave 3 of 5 stars, which leans more towards the cup being half full than half empty.
