I came to buy sweet bread, the ladies don't know how to charge, they steal from you. Check your receipts, they overcharge you. The bakery ladies are thieves, they like to steal people's money. I will never return to this bakery again. I hope it helps you. If you want delicious bread I recommend Porto's bakery. I hope the bakery ladies read this comment.

I have never experienced such rude behavior from someone behind the counter before. It's sad how some people feel entitled to treat you like trash. First and last time I ever step foot there. I was excited to see the different options they carried and was looking forward to making it my go-to spot. However, the woman there was so rude. It was today, Sunday, May 15th around 1:10pm. First off, I walk in and nobody was in sight. It was fine, I took advantage to check out their goods. The small gelatinas brought back nostalgic childhood memories. Reminded me of going to Mexico and my mom telling us about her growing up and chasing "El señor de las gelatinas". So I was excited to get some for her. She finally walked out and peeked to see who was there. She looked at me and was about to go back again without acknowledging my presence. So I quickly smiled and greeted her with an, "Hola, buenas tardes." She then proceeded to make her way back out and almost forcefully said, "Hola". I asked for a flan and she gave me one that wasn't pleasing to the eye. So I asked if I could please get the darker one. She was immediately annoyed and rudely raised her voice, exclaiming that wasn't flan. Perplexed I asked if it really wasn't because it looked just like flan, with the right colors and all. She finally moved the things around to see it for herself and agreed it was, with an attitude, of course. So I asked if I could please have that one, then proceeded to walk towards the register. I was taking my money out when I notice her place one of the off colored ones, not the one we agreed on. I wasn't going to say anything, but at the end of the day.... it's available and I'm paying for it, so why not get what I actually want? I apologize and remind her that we had agreed on the darker one. She snapped and yelled that I hadn't said that. Then she went on complaining about me not just taking what she had selected and that I hadn't said anything about wanting a specific one, etc, etc. I couldn't believe her attitude and rudeness. I then just said, "You know what, don't worry about it. Just keep it." Then I walked away. She was rolling her eyes the entire time, huffing and puffing as she kept saying things expressing her disagreement. I don't know if she's an employee or owner, but regardless, it's uncalled for. I make it a point to support small businesses. Especially when it's a fellow Hispanic because we should lift each other up and be supportive. It's sad she felt it was acceptable to be this way though. Never would I ever want anyone else to have a similar experience.

This location is a small business on the corner of beach and Cerritos. The customer service is great and I was serviced quickly! They serve tamales calientitos con bolillo, mangonearas, smoothies, fresh squeezed juices, and of course sweet bread! I got a strawberry smoothie, orange juice and a tamale de rajas con queso. So bomb!!

The name of this place is actually Stanton Bakery and Panaderia. They also sell tamales and bionicos. I tried their cheese tamale and chicken mole tamale, both were good. I took several pieces of pan dulce home, they have a great selection to choose from. The prices were great, for 2 tamales and 7 pieces of pan dulce it was under $13.

Rude! Bad customer service! I was basically told to get 7 more dollars of bread or to leave ridiculous! I was paying debit not credit. So if you go here please have cash and a tolerance for bad service i said I only have my debit card and she shrugged and said that's not my problem

My favorite place for tamales, atole and fresh bolillos. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is made fresh. We pick up fresh tamales almost every Saturday morning, and take a few dozen to family events when we can.

Came by at lunch for a mangoniada. What a mistake. No prices. Service was terrible. I asked where my straw was you know the one like the picture they had the tamarindo one. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about even the person behind me told her. How do you not know it's on the picture. She said "oh you want a straw?" She grabbed one and cut it in half with scissors and put in my drink. Ridiculous. I paid 4.25 for a drink and I couldn't even use the straw to drink it because it was so short.
