I am DONE with this Starbucks location. This is not the only time I have had such a horrible experience with this place and its workers. I always asked for a very simple order (venti iced coffee, sf vanilla, and EXTRA heavy cream). Sometimes it’s perfect, and others it’s absolutely horrible. They always make it with Barley any cream. Multiple times I’ve ordered it it’s been a super dark brown color and unfinished. How is it that I’m paying + leaving a tip just to receive such horrible service. Not only that but the workers at this location are always rude, if I ask them to correct my drink they give me dirty looks or give me attitude. Like today my drink looked super dark brown and I asked if it had extra heavy cream and they just said it does , but we both knew that it definitely did not. He took it back poured out ALL the ice and just splashed some more cream in it . He was not nice at all. Starbucks management team DO BETTER.

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning because I was at Home Depot across the street and my wife wanted her ice chai latte. I was going to place my order off the app but I was short like a dollar and didn't want to add more funds to it because there a limit amount you have to purchase. So I went to the store instead and asked the cashier can I pay the remaining balance with my credit card. I found parking easily since it was in the morning. When I walked inside, they didn't have any guest so I was able to place my order. I got my wife her grande ice Chai Latte and everything bagel. It didn't take long for my order to come out. The service I received was great and my wife loved her drink along with the bagel.

Vegetarian options: There are some healthy snacks here.

Parking: You should find parking in the plaza this Starbucks is in.

For the 5th time now they have messed up my drink. I order a Grande Blonde Latte Warm. Not a hard order at all. I got a hot regular expresso latte. I was the only one in the drive through. They were not busy. All three employees were in the drive through section talking and laughing. I have no problem with that, just get the order right. Then the coffee sat on the counter for 3 min while they continued to chat. Very disappointing and this is what $20/hr gets now. Very sad.

Every time I order through the drive thru the Hispanic female does not even know the name of the sizes. She will ask me questions as if she were not trained to know what I'm ordering when I am quoting straight out of the menu. They also told me that they ran out of venti cups, so they couldn't make me a venti dragon fruit drink only tall or grande. So I decided to leave.
