All the workers here are so rude!!! Especially the females!!! If you’re not happy with your job then get another job!!!

You ask for a straw didn't get one order was at 150pm when I got my drink it was a vanilla bean frap...left without getting a straw the male and female both wearing red aprons thos was a ridiculous visit not even Starbucks vibe employees sorry

I’d say use drive thru, you will at least get your coffee at a timely manner. I walked in, placed my order no one in front of me or waiting. A lady walked in ordered and she got her drink before me. I had already been waiting more than 5 minutes for a cold brew and it tastes so watery. Won’t be going to this location again.

1. The matcha frappe tasted as delicious at this location as the other location!
2. The spot has chill casual vibes! The interior is cozy!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with my mobile order! They were also attentive!

I stop to get coffe at yor location on Chapman ave and beach blv I rwquest the bathroorm code ,and they ask ne if I purchage all ready. How they know if im going place order after using rest room. Very unproecionaly you guys loosing a potential costumer ask8ng question like other fast food resttaurant your company is not difert from them any more I ask to tall to manager an cashier trying to be the manager by saying he was the manager. 4.1 tell evrything

From the moment you walk in you're greeted. While the employees are working to rapidly get drinks made, it hardly interferes with the serene setting.
The atmosphere stays welcoming for reading or studying.
Abraham who helped me out, has a great personality.

Hi guys, to be honest I have went though a bad experiences for the last week with Starbucks retails stores but my visit to this location right know changed my experience from negative to 😄 and it’s because of the young gentle man very provisional, educated and very talkative and solutions provider ( Mr. Tayler ) appreciate you Sir 💫

I come to Starbucks about twice a day… get my morning coffee. This afternoon I just wanted a cup of ice and I died them to charge me for it. They told me they can’t do that! Zero star for customer service.

If you plan to come to this Starbucks… DO NOT MOBILE ORDER. In the last three months EVERY mobile order for drive thru I’ve placed has been delayed. I’ll pull up to the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order, and they will always tell me to come inside because there’s orders ahead of me, or tell me to come back later… WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?! If I order at the window, you have to make it before I get to the window… why would you not move my order up, as if I was ordering from the drive thru… NOT A SINGLE OTHER Starbucks location has EVERY done this to me. ONLY THIS ONE.

So do not mobile order to this location, just order when you arrive. It’s faster.

Came in just now at 6am to order my mocha. The lady interrupted me 4 times why I'm trying to order and customize my drink. She argues with me while I'm trying to order my drink. She keeps asking if I want food. I tell her I'm trying to order my drink just 1 drink. She is trying monstrous arm me to order food. I said lady if I wanted food I would order food. But as of now I cant even order my drink because you keep interrupting me. She still got my drink half wrong. And continued to argue with me when I got to the window. There was no manager there to over see anything. This woman just thought she was going to run the whole show. Like she was some starbucks god orn something.. no such thing as customer service anymore..some ofnthesw starbucks are ghetto as you know what.
