Hi guys, to be honest I have went though a bad experiences for the last week with Starbucks retails stores but my visit to this location right know changed my experience from negative to 😄 and it’s because of the young gentle man very provisional, educated and very talkative and solutions provider ( Mr. Tayler ) appreciate you Sir 💫

I come to Starbucks about twice a day… get my morning coffee. This afternoon I just wanted a cup of ice and I died them to charge me for it. They told me they can’t do that! Zero star for customer service.

If you plan to come to this Starbucks… DO NOT MOBILE ORDER. In the last three months EVERY mobile order for drive thru I’ve placed has been delayed. I’ll pull up to the drive thru, tell them I have a mobile order, and they will always tell me to come inside because there’s orders ahead of me, or tell me to come back later… WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?! If I order at the window, you have to make it before I get to the window… why would you not move my order up, as if I was ordering from the drive thru… NOT A SINGLE OTHER Starbucks location has EVERY done this to me. ONLY THIS ONE.

So do not mobile order to this location, just order when you arrive. It’s faster.

Came in just now at 6am to order my mocha. The lady interrupted me 4 times why I'm trying to order and customize my drink. She argues with me while I'm trying to order my drink. She keeps asking if I want food. I tell her I'm trying to order my drink just 1 drink. She is trying monstrous arm me to order food. I said lady if I wanted food I would order food. But as of now I cant even order my drink because you keep interrupting me. She still got my drink half wrong. And continued to argue with me when I got to the window. There was no manager there to over see anything. This woman just thought she was going to run the whole show. Like she was some starbucks god orn something.. no such thing as customer service anymore..some ofnthesw starbucks are ghetto as you know what.

This location uses overly expired Oat Milk in their drink items! So old that it will turn your drink sour and leave an extremely sour after taste in your mouth! Why would they do this! So disgusting!

I am DONE with this Starbucks location. This is not the only time I have had such a horrible experience with this place and its workers. I always asked for a very simple order (venti iced coffee, sf vanilla, and EXTRA heavy cream). Sometimes it’s perfect, and others it’s absolutely horrible. They always make it with Barley any cream. Multiple times I’ve ordered it it’s been a super dark brown color and unfinished. How is it that I’m paying + leaving a tip just to receive such horrible service. Not only that but the workers at this location are always rude, if I ask them to correct my drink they give me dirty looks or give me attitude. Like today my drink looked super dark brown and I asked if it had extra heavy cream and they just said it does , but we both knew that it definitely did not. He took it back poured out ALL the ice and just splashed some more cream in it . He was not nice at all. Starbucks management team DO BETTER.

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning because I was at Home Depot across the street and my wife wanted her ice chai latte. I was going to place my order off the app but I was short like a dollar and didn't want to add more funds to it because there a limit amount you have to purchase. So I went to the store instead and asked the cashier can I pay the remaining balance with my credit card. I found parking easily since it was in the morning. When I walked inside, they didn't have any guest so I was able to place my order. I got my wife her grande ice Chai Latte and everything bagel. It didn't take long for my order to come out. The service I received was great and my wife loved her drink along with the bagel.

Vegetarian options: There are some healthy snacks here.

Parking: You should find parking in the plaza this Starbucks is in.
