With so many new coffee chains popping up these days, I hadn’t visited this location in a long time. Today, I decided to stop by and ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Latte through the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the next window, they handed me my drink right away, which honestly felt suspiciously fast.
Unfortunately, as I feared, the drink was completely different from what I ordered. I had asked for a single shot with 2% milk, but it was something else entirely. To be honest, it tasted worse than the vanilla lattes you’d get at 7-Eleven. I took two sips and threw the rest away.
I’m not sure if it’s just this particular location or if Starbucks as a whole has gone downhill, but it’s disappointing—especially considering I used to visit twice a day, every day. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt that people should know.
I sincerely hope Starbucks can return to the high quality it was once known for.

Worse Starbucks ever I order a drink to used the restroom and there no restroom for customer what kind Starbucks don’t have restroom for customers never coming here agin manger and stuff was rude

I stopped going to this location last year as the area was full of homeless that would come up to the cars asking for handouts as well as street walkers waiting for their next call. This area has improved greatly since then but it's still has many people just "hanging" around the property.

Momo is very kind and nice. I was Very Happy for her Warm Heart. As a side note, Momo is a Peach in Japanese. So I would try telling her it. However, she already knew it. ^^

I was amazed to find no seating here. So that kills the atmosphere. But service and food were good. The attendant let me use their employee only bathroom.

Brian looked like he was on drugs ... And was making it an issue of me being inside waiting on my gift card to upload .. bad customer services
Horrible customer service at this location! After I told the first guy I’ll pay for the cream cheese. Brian then proceeded to say it’s .95 cents which I then told him I’ll pay for it (while the other guy laughs in the back!) which I had already told the previous guy I was going to pay for it!! This guy Brian has me waiting there because he’s to busy on his tablet to even realize what my form of payment was shoutout to the attentive girl who helped out that’s when Brian finally realized my form of payment! Overall these people need better training on customer service and Brian lighten up my guy smile some more u look very snobby!! Wait u are very snobby!!
