Horrible location, go to Beach & Chapman! The staff can never be bothered to help you, and don't even look you in the eye at the drive-thru. Even when I have been the ONLY car in the drive-thru, they make your drink wrong and when I politely asked for an adjustment, they WORDLESSLY slam the window to remake it. Avoid this location!

I really don't like going to this store because of the service style of the Mexican staff, they have a very discriminatory attitude towards Vietnamese people who are not good at English, but I still know that so I downloaded the app and ordered online. And for some reason, I always get cups of coffee that don't match the recipe I ordered. This morning I ordered 2 cups of coffee and only 1 cup had the correct recipe and 1 cup was very bitter like it didn't have any white chocolate milk. any mocha, almost every 10 times I ordered it, about 8 times it was not according to the recipe I ordered before. However, not most people here are like that, there are a few girls named Trinh who are very cute.

I ordered my drink thru the Starbucks app at 4:50pm. When I got there the door was locked. It turns out it was only drive thru... which is so annoying bc I had to wait in a drive thru line for 30+ minutes even though I ordered it online. The worst Starbucks ever.

At this particular Starbucks, whenever there is a promotion, whether it be BOGO, double stars or whatever, if you don't mention the promotion, they won't give it to you. I don't know if this is a Starbucks corporation policy or this particular location's. I think it is very dishonest they do this. I shouldn't have to mention a particular promotion in order to get it, especially when I am purchasing severely overpriced coffee.

My 2 friends and I walked to this location and arrived at 4:35pm. The doors to enter were locked despite the signage saying the store cafe was open until 5pm. When asked, they said they were short-staffed and couldn't help us.

Usually it’s okay, but sometimes it’d be nice to know when they don’t have a lot of something as I’m ordering because then my drinks taste watered down. I was on my way to work so that’s why I used the drive thru and didn’t notice it about my drink until I left. Literally only took 2 sips and threw it away once I got to work. Shouldn’t have expected much as the girl wasn’t attentive. I got the iced chai latte with oatmilk and it literally just tasted like milk. If I knew that then I would’ve ordered something else or gone to a different location

I ordered my coffee thru the Starbucks app at 6:40am. Once I got there the door was locked. One of the staff did the drive thru sign with her hands, basically saying drive thru only.. I pointed at my semi truck basically telling her I can’t go thru the drive way. So she told the guy (that’s him in the picture) that I have an order. So he came and opened the door. He look like he was annoyed because he had to leave his work station to come attend me. So he went back and got my order and once he came back he looked sooo annoyed lol mfker that’s your job.. gtfo ?

Worst Starbucks ever, they don’t honor Starbucks promotion!! Waste of time. Drinks are also bad!
I use to come thru drive thru every morning but today I parked so I can use the restroom & I was told we no longer have a public restroom. Restroom is right behind me with a key pad. They probably say this because of all the homeless people around. Employees should be trained to recognize homeless people verses regular paying customers. I use to tip ALL the time but now they'll never get extra money from me. This is my last time to this store. Plenty of other Starbuck stores around.

If you order ahead, before 7am, you still have to wait in an extremely long line to pick up your order since the cafe isn’t open. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
