They only started my mobile order after I arrived for the pickup. The app said ready in 15 minutes and 45 minutes later I'm still here sitting and waiting.

This has to be by far the worse place I've been too. We got there and we were sat right away with my wife and two kids. Waitress took our order and everything was going good so far. But when she brought our food she had also brought our receipt and we hadn't even started eating . Never did she tell us she was leaving and we didn't get everything. So we were there waiting and manager was there serving next table. We made eye contact and never did he come to our table to check if everything was okay. My wife had to get up to ask for stuff and seemed as if he didn't like that. This was at 8pm, Manager there needs to go to customer service classes because he had none. Never am I going back. Waste of 80 bucks I spent .

Honestly, I can't complain about the food or the service. Our waitress was very nice and patience with us. The food came out on time and taste very good. I love the sincere services and the smiles from all the staff especially the manager. Definitely coming back with the kids.

Wonderful customer service and great food. I love eating breakfast here, my food always comes out fast and fresh. Also, the restaurant and bathroom is always super clean. I highly recommend this Dennys.

I'm normally not the type to complain but today has been the weirdest and worst experiences so far. My mom and I go to dennys for their Thanksgiving dinner every year because we're just a family of two. Today was a strange occurrence and I'm not sure if it's because the workers are new, but I personally felt conflicted by their service. My mom and I arrive first and they tell us to wait 5 seconds to clear a table. Then the waitress goes and comes back to put our name down and said it's suddenly a 20 minute wait. ?? Okay then, we go sit to wait. People start pouring into the restaurant and these elderly white couples started to come inside all separately back to back. Tell me why they all (around 3 to 4 couples) got seated first when they came after us... LOL even after everyone had gotten a seat and the Togo line died down, we still didn't get a seat. It was just us left. My mom went up to the waitress (who clearly saw us btw) and said why did they get seated before us? I saw the waitress smirking in the corner of my eye and she said "table for two right?". Definitely still so confused what happened. Understandably it's Thanksgiving and it's really busy, so we wait for a long time before anything arrived at our table. I ordered a soup and the waiter said its chicken noodle soup, comes to our table 12 minutes later with loaded potato. I mean... okay LOL not complaining yet cuz I love both, but I guess he just assumed I would've been fine with it because he gave no warning and brought it straight to me. Maybe 30 to 35 minutes passed cuz they're really backed up, but me and my mom both patiently wait. Finally our food comes out but something's off. Neither of our plates had mashed potatoes, and instead was a bowl of rice. Now im really like ??? What happened. I grab the waiter's attention and I ask "are you guys out of mashed potatoes?" And he goes "yeah we're out of mashed potatoes today". ??????? I meaaaan maybe at least let us know that or ask if we'd want anything else. What if I didn't want rice Maybe he just thought because we're Asian he again ASSUMED I wouldn't mind?? I look over at the table next to me and they get Mac n cheese as their sides. And I'm thinking, I wonder if they made that specific selection or they were asked a choice unlike us. Anyway, the only reason why I'm still giving 3 stars is because the food was still great as usual. I just think the waiters and waitresses need to get some review before they have to work a busy shift like on Thanksgiving lol. Please and thank you. TLDR; staff needs to get properly reviewed and prepared for busy times like holidays.

great service from silvia who works there and great food. would recommend this place to anyone who would like great customer service. every once in a while they would come by and ask how we are doing and I really appreciate then doing that because I rarely get that from other restaurants.

I was at a rough spot in my life and didn't have a permanent home. I was trying to get a room at a local motel but my phone was dead. So bags and all I went into Denny's ordered dessert and asked the waitress if she could charge my phone. I even offered to pay her. She said she would have to ask her manager but it was hit or miss. When she walked over and he looked at me he immediately told her no. I was ok with it are dessert and left. I had bought a gift card with a popular hotel app but I couldn't get them to send me the code I needed. So after leaving Denny's I went and charged me phone up at a business around the corner but still had the same luck getting the code. I didn't know what else to do but go but another meal at Denny's and keep trying. When I sat down the server came over and the first thing he said was you're going to have to order if you want to sit there. I assume he thought I was homeless because of my suitcase but even so why didn't you tell every one else that just got sat that they had to order in order to stay. I told him I planned on ordering what made you think I wasnt because I had a bag. He said no no but I knew better. Before I finished my mask he then says to me, you only have thirty minutes and then you have to leave. I asked to speak to the manager and he said it was the manager that told him to tell me that. I explained then please get him he shouldn't have a problem telling me himself. He told me the manager already left and that he was the person in charge and he walked away. I also noticed he never told any other table there was a time limit. I proceeded to look up the mission statement for Denny's and it available that they should test customers like they were guests in their home. So when the server came back I told him the mission statement he proceeded to tell me that was a franchise dennys and they don't follow them corporate rules. I had never been so widely l rudely treated in my life. I was having one of the worst days ever and they did every thing you could do to make it even worse. Please tell me is this how you treat people that are less fortunate than yourself. The restaurant looked like one I will never return to again.

I just had a very pleasant dinner. When I arrived I was greeted by Lam T, who also ended up as the server. She was very nice and outgoing in a most pleasant way. Lam explained the very large menu and steered me to chicken noodle soup. It was as tasty as promised. Then I had the pot roast, also delicious. It was the service that Lam provided that was the outlier though. She was quick a d friendly. She kept the lemonade fresh and the food hot. She is an amazing restaurant professional, I am glad to run into her
