Food was fresh and delicious, only downfall is the lady was being very stingy with the waba sauce, so make sure you check your bag and bowl before you leave.

Terrible service. Will not go back to any other wabs because of this. I literally only placed a drink order on the app for a Pepsi, I placed it in the wrong store by accident so I told them since it was just a drink and not food if they could help me, and they couldn't. Yes I made a mistake but they happen and it was a small mistake, just for one regular drink that I had paid for even if another location? I feel like it could have been different. Store wasn't even busy. Thanks

Placed a mobile order of a mini steak bowl and 5 dumplings. My bowl hardly has any meat and my dumplings were hard on the edges and hard to eat. Upon calling I told the guy I had placed a mobile order and I told him how I received my food. He mumbled something and hung up on me and when I called back they did not bother to answer. That is so rude and unprofessional! This was my favorite location, but I will no longer go there and drive a bit farther!

The staff here need a raise. This is the cleanest waba grill I've been too. Kitchen was clean , the 2 girls working were very kind , helpful and nice. What a great team ladies. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much and see you guys again soon.

I asked to use the restroom, said "I just have to go pee, after I just got off the bus. The clerk said to me "The restroom is not working right now." I had to go pee in the corner of the strip mall in which they are located. I make it my business to not patron any business without a working restroom, as a paying customer. It is the responsibility of the business to EARN the customers patronage, THEY DO NOT ALREADY HAVE IT. They lost a customer. That is all.

Ate there around 4 pm. And had terrific service from a young man named David. The cook was spectacular. Her name was Martha, and she had a beautiful smile. They both made my experience very pleasant. I will be eating there in the future for sure.
