The atmosphere was so beautiful clean but the food is very greasy was not worst the price and bad customer service the donuts had so much greas my first and last time goin there....if you visit the beach please bring our own food

This is a wonderful spot for a bite on a beach day. Good menu, and wines by the glass. Outdoor seating is very popular so may be a wait especially at weekends. Next door is a popular ice cream stall and burgers if you can’t wait for a table.

Great Cold Food. If you could just serve it Hot from the Snack bar. Breakfast would be so much better. Asked if they could warm up my cold egg sandwich and she was like no. Crazy right it's not a cold coffee it's a bacon and sandwich.

Parkside Cafe is located right along the street, near the end of the hiking trail, between the parking lot and the fire station.
I honestly I would have preferred healthier food options after a hike, but in that vicinity, the cafe and another spot serving lunch food were the only choices available. One of my hiking buddies had shrimp tacos, another ordered something different, and I went with a BLT, which was a change for me. It had pesto, which I hadn’t noticed when ordering. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t my favorite. The bacon was a bit unusual for me b/c it was applewood-smoked bacon. I typically don't do applewood bacon.
Overall, this place wouldn't be my 1st pick, but it was what was available. I also tried a strawberry milkshake, which was light and tasty. While I might return for a casual day out, I wouldn’t go there again after hiking. Next time, I’d prefer something healthier and protein-based.

This place is super weird and rude. We asked for a table and the host ignored us. We weren't sure if he was busy, but the place was empty, and he went on to seat two other couples that came after us. We politely asked what the deal was and he just laughed and went back to ignoring us. I've ever seen anything like it. We look normal. Just skip this place and go to one of the establishments the next block over.
