Fusion Grill is another very good place to eat in Valley Springs. Lots of choices of vegetables and meats if you want to create your own bowl and watch the food being cooked on the large cooking stones. Or you can order off the menu and be served. All meals include rice, fried or plain, soup of your choice, and spring rolls. Lots of Vegetables for those vegan folks, too.

Tried the fusion burger, wings, and baklava. Everything was delish! I asked for a lot of “changes” and each one was met without an issue. We are avoiding wheat so I asked for the wings to not be battered and they did it perfectly! The baklava was for my mom and she loved it! Said it was one of the best she’s had!!! We will definitely come back!

They came into my store and left coupons for their burger deli for my counter. I ate there the same day. That burger was good. -- Today, I had to work a 6th day for the week. The Fusion Grill is nothing out of the ordinary. But what it does, it does very well. If you don't want to go with the All-you-can-eat grill, there is an extensive menu to choose from. Dishes have plenty of protein and plenty of vegetables. Be warned ... if the menu shows a "hot" chilli warning, then heed it!

My friend decided we needed to go here as she had been before and really liked it. As she described it it sounded very much like Mongolian BBQ and it is very similar. We started with Hot & Sour soup and then proceeded to set up our "Buffet" bowls. They had a really good selection of meats and vegetables and noodles and choice of cooking sauces. I really enjoyed my lunch.
