I door dash a salad and sandwich from Applebees the salad was miss the 2 dressing I paid for and a chocolate mount cake was not sent. When I called the manager wanted me call door dash to go back pick one up. I told her door dash is not responsible for for putting the items in the bag. I will not go back to them. My husbands sandwich was soggy and the fries were soggy and cold.

Yesterday, my coworkers and I visited this establishment and had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever encountered. Joel was extremely rude, unprofessional, and created an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. His passive-aggressive behavior and lack of basic customer service skills were shocking. The way he kept walking by and giving off a confrontational vibe made us feel targeted rather than welcomed.
Unfortunately, management was no better. There was absolutely no etiquette or professionalism from anyone we interacted with. While explaining the situation to another team member, she addressed me in a disrespectful, overly familiar way—completely inappropriate in a professional setting. It felt like no one in this establishment has been trained on how to speak to or treat customers.
Overall, the entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. This location desperately needs better training, stronger management, and staff who understand customer service and basic respect.

Mannn..I am so disappointed on the service I got here tonight. My Server Joliena forgot portions of my meal, she never came to see our table since she dropped of the food. I sat and waited for her return as I ate Artichoke dip, Onion Rings and drank cold tea that was supposed to be Hot instead of what I ordered. By the time she finished remaking my food, it was time to go. Although she apologized, it didn't change anything.

I came here to kill some time while I waited for someone around 8pm. I was able to be seated right away. It was very busy , so my waitress came quickly, introduced herself and had to whisk away to another table. No bother. Gave me time to check out the menu. She came back after a bit, took my order and quickly brought my drink out (water with lemon). I ordered the sampler that you can pick 3 and 3 sauces.(I apologize i dont remember the actual name for the order). While my food came out in a decent time, my riblets and boneless buffalo wings were cool. Now, I didnt mind but there may be quite a few of you out there who want their food warmer :) All in all , my experience was quite good. Quick service, attentive employees and they were very nice about me taking my time with my food and drink while I waited for my person.

The atmosphere here at Applebee's is a great restaurant as many of times I've been coming here. It has often been full of people enjoying their dinner and drinks especially for a Thursday evening. The food is very good and not so pricey with great deals. The waitresses are very busy and when they approach you they welcome you with a cheery smile with polite mannerism. All in all Applebee's 🍎 is one of my favorite restaurant. My overall impression dinning at Applebee's is an A what made this experience stand out are the kindness and attentiveness of the waitresses and the food is great that's what keeps me coming back. 😍 See you all soon!
We were there early for lunch. Everything was clean and tidy. We were seated right away and gave us our menus. Came quickly and took our orders. The server was polite and prompt. Our orders took a while but I believe it's because they just opened. Unfortunately the food in my opinion was not very good. I didn't enjoy it. My guests didn't enjoy it but I'm not sure why I don't know. It's not a restaurant I frequent however, members in our party go there often and they said the food is usually much better.

Once again we tried Applebee's. It was the worst, took along time to get appetizers when we did they were cold. Thirty-five minutes later our food arrived it was also cold. Service was terrible, we asked for a manager she came out ready to comp our bill said she's been getting alot of complaints. Maybe will find a different location.
