I used to like coming here a lot because they were really good, fast and courteous. I just waited in line for 30 minutes to order a Papa Burger and a root beer float and then when I got to order my food the person on the other end was really rude to me. It's been about 45 minutes now and I'm still waiting to get my food. I can't leave cuz I can't back up. There's four cars behind me and of course the car is in front of me aren't leaving. The owners to really need to reconsider the management they put in place here. It's hella dirty inside. It's nasty on the outside and the people are rude. I'll be taking my business to another a&w from now on

The restaurant is clean and nice.The food is what you'd expect. It hasn't changed at all but the prices have gone up.The people working here are the worst. Two employees talking in the kitchen while one lady ran around doing everything.One male took my order. When I got to the window the lady had said that it wasn't inputed correctly and had to retake my order. The same male was chatting with another male while she ran around cooking and taking orders. I had to pull out front and the 2nd male began eating after 5 minutes of me sitting. A 2nd female walked out and gave me my food.Those poor lady's had to do all the work. I get one was about to go on break but that doesn't mean you distract the other employee working. It goes with out saying what people were working and those who weren't.

By far the worst service! Constantly having to repeat my order and on top of that it was going to take 15 min to refill the ice cream machine! But the worse part was we found a Mayo label under my burger crazy! I rather drive 20 min to Lodi than come to the one on hammer lane again.

After spending $29 for our food, and waiting 15 mins inside where we ate. Fries were soggy and not even hot, they had NO MUSTARD FOR MY CORNDOG, and the mini corndogs were also not even hot or crispy ( was like they sat under a light all day) we will NEVER BE BACK! a bunch of kids in there that aren't helpful and not paying attention to detail or any means of customer service. What has this place come to? It's a disaster, WHO SELLS CORNDOGS AND DOESNT CARRY MUSTARD???? TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!
Big Oof so I go thru the drive thru and they tell me there’s a wait so I’m like lemme change my order so I don’t gotta wait end up waiting 20 minutes anyway which is weird cuz I’m the only one there I get my order and its missing some stuff so I bring it in and let ‘em know like can I get my stuff and am met with attitude like it’s my fault they messed up kinda odd they had hella people working there and it still took so long 1/10 would not recommend.

Oof, this was a bad one. I went through the drive-thru just to get a root beer. I've never been to an A&W restaurant and wanted to see if the root beer was the same as at the store (it actually is not). They said I'd have to wait a few minutes because they were changing the soda thing (I only kind of know what that means). They asked me to park in the curbside spot. They forgot about me. I sat in that spot for about 25 minutes before I went back through the drive-thru to get my root beer. There were also 2 cars who were waiting longer than me. I'll go back another day and hopefully edit this review to a higher rating.

Horrible place.. rude workers basically yelling at you with attitude in drive thru and let me tell you I never leave reviews I go on about my day but this interaction was horrible. I said nothing but please and thank you and on top of all of that I ordered a paper burger and only got 1 patty not 2 and my gf ordered 4 piece tender and they didn’t add everything that was supposed to be in it, it felt like it was on purpose for each meal to be missing something, Your getting paid do your job correctly or find something else
